I think that one thing is clear from the Nixzmary, Quachaun and the others that are coming out. If you are questioning if a child is being abused....and you see other kids from the family who seem to be ok, don't let that stop you from making that call. Just because some of the kids aren't being abused, doesn't mean that none of the are.

Until very recently, our neighbor upstairs had his sister and 2 kids move in with him. They must have been there anywhere from between 3 - 5 months. I saw those children leave the apartment TWICE! Now, I do work odd hours (2pm - 10pm) but even on weekends and days off, they never left that little apartment.
I wanted to call someone, but my hubber talked me out of it. He said they made way too much noise running around and playing for anything to be seriously wrong with them.

I should clarify that I had no reason to suspect ANY type of abuse was taking place, but I was very concerned that these kids barely saw the light of day.
