The family of a missing 21-year-old Brooklyn student who apparently abandoned a family car mid-span on the Verrazano Bridge last week offered a $10,000 reward yesterday for information on his whereabouts. Police are investigating the disappearance of Salvatore Basile, a St John's University student last seen at his Dyker Heights home early Nov. 21. Family members told police that Basile left his home about 2 a.m. that day driving his brother's gray two-door 1987 Lincoln Continental.
