I do have a degree as an RN. When I read through this I flag it as care you can only receive by referral but that"primary care" is what sticks out.

The reason it sticks out is because that sometimes is blanket term for pain mgmnt without advertising it as such. I'm probably thinking far too outside of the box, as this all seems jealousy created homicide.

I was curious what health group her office was associated with as JF has connections to SouthHampton Hospital. I asked because I wanted to know if maybe there was a connection or how they met, meaning that person would be able to stalk her much easier.

you bring up a good thought, but I also think that there may be some kind of relation between SG and some of the group of friends. Not sure, but I believe that may have been mentioned earlier on. It seems very likely that SG knew the person or persons who did this. IMO, I think it may have been someone within the inner circle or on the fringe. If this is the case, it would make it easier to stalk or follow her. It is very hard for me to believe that someone doesn't know or have a really good idea who it was.

I respectfully disagree about primary care being a blanket term for "pain management.“ it's a blanket term for family or internal medicine. the same doctor, “primary,“ a patient would see multiple times throughout their life for whatever condition. they'd then be referred to a specialist. it's not uncommon to mix primary and specialty care together for patients to have a one-stop shop for popular specialties. I work at the largest primary and specialty care group in Md and can say for sure, it's not "pain management." the looking at the website, it appears this is the same.

My thoughts are that she got a text or something from someone who asked her to meet them before she went home and that is when everything happened. I also am not buying a bunch of 21 year olds were "watching a movie at a friends house".

News12 said it was a party, as, did several of her friends. IMO.

I (respectfully, of course) disagree with the lured part. I believe the person who harmed her was with her at the party and she was giving him a ride.

Momof four----I read/heard on news that --it was a party, "out" with friends, watching a movie, watching a movie with "close friends".....lotta info to sort thru----Of course it all depends IMO on who was asked the question.

I wonder about motive and have alot of thoughts that I will voice/type within a few days.
I am sure her family and friends have wandered in here-----lets let Sarah be waked and buried in peace. Not preaching to anyone of course---but some of you know how my mind works-and how my theories can go.

LE may well know if she gave someone a ride/last known to see her, but that would not be grounds for an arrest on its own.

<modsnip> Only thing is and it could narrow it down is she was in her neighborhood almost at her house so it would lead you to believe that the person she left with either left there, was going to spend the night or my thinking she met up with someone before going home.
