ok it's on! she doesn't believe that in the middle of the day the people walking around in the home didn't know anything about the baby disappearing while taking a nap.

Nancy says "I'm not letting go of this."

they're wondering if she could walk yet, they're unsure. They're mentioning her foot problem that Ferretmommy confirmed. These pics are SO CUTE!!
 
Nancy's asking "is there anything more angelic, defenseless, trusting than an 18 month old baby boy or girl?" and says Terry Sr and Captain Brad Weiss are now joining her...

Captain Weiss is now recounting what happened when they arrived.. .says initially it sounded like a custody dispute and Nancy is stopping him right there to ask him what he means about that... Nancy says she had to make a diagram to understand the key players in the case, and now is telling us and showing us the diagram on the screen....

aptain weiss "they had the original 911 call where the father came to pick up both children and was given the 4 year old and was told he wasn't allowed to take the baby with him so he went home and retrieved his father and they both went back and at that time the discussions were further about who would get the child, and she said the child was sleeping and she didn't want to wake her and so forth. At that point the mother went into the house and a certain time passed and then her [sic] mom went in to check on her and at that point it was discovered that the baby was no longer in the house"

Nancy wants to know whether the baby was sleeping inside the house where the mother was, the chief says most of the discussions took place on the front porch, Nancy says it shouldn't take 20 minutes to find out that the baby wasn't in her bed when she went inside to check on the baby originally, the chief says Angela said she was in the living room with other people... Nancy is asking which bedroom window is Elaina's.... now she's has a house floorplan on the screen in a diagram.... and she's asking Mr. Steinfurth questions now (TerrySr)

Terry Sr is telling what happened, pretty much exactly what we have typed up here word for word, plus answering Nancy's question "how could someone get a baby in and out that bedroom window without anyone seeing?" and he said "they couldn't" and that nobody went past him (which they'd have had to, to get in or out of the window where Elaina was sleeping).
 
ok it's a commercial now, but Nancy already compared Elaina to her own twins at the start of the show and that usually means she's gonna follow this case to the bitter end. Which is fine by me if it means putting pressure on whoever knows what happened to Elaina!

I couldn't type Terry Sr's recounting of what happened because it went by kind of fast and I was fixing typos in the last post at the time but it was exactly as you've all read already.. about angela going inside, taking so long, SK's mom going in after her, the crying and hollering ...

Narrator recounted what's happened and showed pics and had clips of Angela and whatnot. It was structured as if to say that this story is BS, and Nancy just said "these facts DO NOT ADD UP."
 
As much as some folks dislike Nancy Grace, bless her heart. Se devotes the show to this kind of stuff. And if she says she's not letting go, she ain't.

This guest says imagine what it's like for this one and a half year old child, one minute she's taking a nap the next her whole life is turned upside down.

Next guest says the diaper was "the same make and model" that the baby uses, and Nancy stopped him to say "just FYI we don't refer to diapers as having 'makes and models' ".... guest says 2 bags of evidence were taken from the woods around where the diaper was found..

Nancy wants to know "can you get DNA from poop or urine" and the police guy on the phone says yes, absolutely."

Now Nancy is taking random callers.
 
I don't know what to think. Don't know enough yet and I don't rush to judgment in cases like this.. But it feels bad..
 
660 Federal St is currently being searched in Toledo. (sorry about the NG interruption)
