Unfortunately, it looks like the remains were not those of Lori according to the article below. They belonged to a woman from Tualatin, OR whose husband murdered her.
"The Oregon Court of Appeals has upheld the murder conviction of a Bend man sentenced to life in prison for murdering his wife.
Steven Paul Blaylock, 50, was found guilty in 2011 of killing Lori Woody Blaylock, who was last seen in October 2010.
Her body was never found. Steven Blaylock claimed he killed her out of self-defense, alleging she had attacked him, according to Bulletin archives.
Blaylock led police to the spot where he said he dumped his wifes body into the North Santiam River near Marion Forks and helped them find some pieces of her clothing hidden in the riverbank."
