IMO, this guy's mugshot says it all! Can we say...diabolical? He also was previously in trouble for practicing as a dentist. I know sometimes these cons are good, but I've got to wonder about people who would think it's normal for a doctor to perform surgeries at home.

A 22-year-old Crooked River Ranch man was arrested Tuesday and charged with impersonating a doctor, giving out drugs and performing minor surgery.
Scott E. Hanson, who has no medical training, performed minor surgery on at least three people, according to the police.
Falsely claiming he was affiliated with Mountain View Hospital in Madras, Hanson first convinced a longtime friend that he was a doctor. That friend, according to Redmond Police Capt. Brian McNaughton, then referred others to Hanson.
