Yet another year is rolling around and still no answers. This year seems to be particularily hard for me. Not sure if it is me getting older or just more years passing with no answers - or both. Maybe one day we will know, for now all I can do is hope.

Too many young male teens going missing in the 80's and 90's. I wonder if case is related to James Monti's disappearance.

These are boys who were around Billy's age who disappeared from Oregon in the 80's. Could any of their disappearances be connected to Billy's?

I have the impression that the stepfather gave it to someone, perhaps an acquaintance or to some pedophile in the area. I know that not all stepfathers are bad, but most are, and in this case it is most likely, I don't know if it is because they do not feel like they are their own or What... but if they don't want to be recognized as children? just to please the child's mother? forced love ends badly...

What vehicle was involved with the driving lessons? were any searches carried out on the vehicle and/or was anything suspicious found on the stepfathers person? was there ever any ''unexplained'' damage found at not only the time of the disappearance but just anytime of ownership of the vehicle? It's sad to see this case almost surpass 40 years.
