Good theory, but I'm still not sure we know the connection/relationship between JP and the other three men (besides FB mutual friendships...)

Good point....
Maybe they saw something when they were there.

I just am back to Occam's Razor and this will be much more simple than a contracted hit.
Senseless still - not trying to neutralize the depravity of it - but simpler motivation.

Hmmm. Suddenly an anonymous source is leaking information to the AP that these were all separate drug deals gone wrong.

“every death was related to a purported drug transaction and at the end of each one there’s a killing”

That is such an oddly specific statement to say to the press, especially when your not supposed to be talking.

I think this is the work of this lawyers... second degree murder VS Premeditated fist degree murder.

So I won’t be surprised if DiNardo’s lawyers start drag the victims name through the mud in order to make thing better for poor Cosmo. They’ve kinda already started.

I just read a story about an arrest in a New Jersey city. Apparently, it's only about 60 miles away. I found it notable because police arrested four men for dealing guns, heroin, cocaine, marijuana, etc. It's a big story because one of the men is the father of a Boston Red Sox prospect who was drafted out of high school last summer. He was taken in the first round of the draft and received a huge signing bonus of more than $1 million. The arrest may not be related to this case. But it did make me realize that this kid is going to bring down a lot of people to save his own butt.

I'm just posting this link for anyone who is like me and it just trying to catch up after being off the boards for like two seconds! ;)

"Citing a source who has direct knowledge of the confession but is not authorized to speak publicly, the Associated Press reported that DiNardo killed each man separately after selling him marijuana.
The AP's source said DiNardo, who sold quarter-pound quantities of marijuana for thousands of dollars and handguns, felt cheated or threatened during three drug deals.
"Every death was related to a purported drug transaction, and at the end of each one there's a killing," the person said.

Fox 29 morning news (at about 7:05/7:10) reported that the family of the other POI is in the same line of business as the DiNardo family. Said More details expected at the 8am broadcast.

This should read ... DiNardo’s layers say these were all separate “paranoid drug dealer” killing because otherwise it’s premeditated first degree murder.

Ha! Definitely could be! I really don't think it matters, though. I don't think he's ever getting out of prison. Because of these murders, because I think other bodies will be found on the property, and because his own mouth and personality will probably get him killed in prison.

A person with knowledge of the case told the Inquirer and Daily News late Thursday that under the agreement, DiNardo admitted that three of the men’s bodies had been dumped in a 12-foot grave discovered Wednesday on his family’s sprawling Solebury Township farm. DiNardo was also expected to help them find the remains of the fourth victim somewhere on the property, which is owned by his parents.

The same person, who requested anonymity because he was not authorized to publicly discuss the case, said DiNardo told investigators there was a coconspirator in the killings.

Police took another person into custody late Thursday night in the 800 block of Magee Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia, according to a second source with knowledge of the investigation. Bucks County detectives were working to determine whether he could be the co-conspirator, the source said.

Per Fox29 on air:
Person arrested in NE Philly is a male, 20 years old, has a lengthy rap sheet. Could not tell by their wording, but he was either shot in March or involved in a shooting. Family is in same business as DiNardo's. More at 8.

The family who owns the property where the male was arrested (822 Magee Street) is in the excavation business. This can be found in a simple google search.

Imo, there has been too many yet not enough details released about this whole investigation allowing for way too much speculation and accusations. The families if these young men deserve the facts above everyone else and as much as the public is captivated by the case, all the speculation and accusations isn't what these families need right now. Im just as intrigued by it as the next person, especially being it is so close to home. I was wondering why though, there doesnt appear to be much talk about another young man who also was reported missing from that area. I cant think of his name but came across it in a previous thread. Has anyone been able to provide any information to his family? Are they even looking for him at this point? It seems to me that all the attention lies solely on this investigation. We all want to know what happened and why but there is still a young man from that area still missing whose family also deserves answers. I will search for the name of the young man and maybe we can draw our attention elsewhere at least until we have more facts rather than continuing to theorize on pure speculation.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to find that the families know way more than the public does. jmo

He confessed to 1st degree murder x4. That is the agreement he supposedly made and anything less will go to trial. jmo

The lawyers statement makes like he told them where all the boys were. That's not true they found the hole themselves.

His lawyer said that? Source?

Help with the cover-up of the crime.... did the POI have knowledge of what he was backfilling or was he using his expertise to move some dirt, gravel, and concrete around as a favor to a friend or relative?

DiNardo, 20, then burned the bodies — three of them inside a drum — at his family's farm in Solebury Township, the person said, adding that a co-conspirator was involved in the deaths of three of the men.

As a law enforcement official escorted a shackled DiNardo from the courthouse on Thursday, he said "I'm sorry.

The person with knowledge of the confession said one of the men was killed July 5 and the other three were killed July 7.

They found three of the remains in the hole...they needed Cosmo to tell them where the 4th body was located. And he apparently did.

re: oil tank in grave. if you've ever dug a hole and then tried to refill it using only the dirt extracted while digging that hole, you'll note that, for whatever reason (compacting/sifting/air and/or water pockets in original soil? who knows) the dirt you extracted from the hole doesn't even come close to filling the hole back up. prolly tossed the oil tank in the hole as quick filler and then cover with the original soil and smooth it out on top.
