Pierce Brosnan's Malibu home burns down

A fierce blaze - believed to have started in a garage - burnt down actor Pierce Brosnan's Malibu home, Wednesday night. No injuries are reported.

Brosnan wasn't thought to be in the house at the time, but some articles are reporting he was spotted in a car nearby, watching the firefighting efforts.

Brosnan was at the scene but not sure if he was in the house when the fire started.

It's made the news in France. Probably not surprising as any actor who ever plays James Bond becomes 'global'. There are more pictures at the link. The fire in the video looked very fierce to me. I'm surprised anything is left of the house.

What a horrible thing to have happened. He genuinely looks like a nice guy and so does his wife. I have never read anything bad about him in any celebrity gossip sites I visit. Thanks, I had not heard about this.
