I dunno but to my mind it is splitting hairs for them to say she didn't actually utter the words "go and search for my missing child" to Tim Miller and therefore she is not responsible for what they (and several thousand searchers) did to look for Caylee. She wanted to keep the Zenaida story going and prolong the search phase as long as possible until she came up with a more believable version.

Sure and to me, OCA did get a benefit. Tim Miller did not find Caylee either dead or alive and OCA/Baez had more time to lie about Caylee being alive and kidnapped....:banghead:

Oh no you dont. You HAVE to tell now. PM me if you must, but tell you will!!

Yes, Bravo! You have to - after all - I heard TotallyObsessed was driving around in the car - nekkid while taking Chantix - so you might as well 'fess up. I mean - can it be worse than that??:great:

We may not agree on much, but that is one heck of a bar.

I seriously have a bar like that. Bought it all on a cruise to Mexico...i thought the bottles looked pretty. I dont drink much...just socially. I have to dust the bottles every now and then... help dr. Ablow!! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

ok - what in the hootey heck! - just now a big ole ad for full sail - for a creative writing degree!

Awww thanks so much!! :blushing: I am studying to become social worker and so far am loving the work. Believe it or not, law school was actually my first choice, due to my big fat mouth and inability to keep it shut in the face of injustice. Watching Ashton inspired me even more, he was just amazing to watch. He was masterful!

I still may pursue it. There is a grad school where I am that offers a dual degree: You leave the program with a Masters in Social Work and Juris Doctor and I am definitely considering it. The only thing that would stop me is the fact that I am in my thirties and am no spring chicken. But you never know with me, I like to take on challenges.

Small world..wide web. My DD is studying social work. I tell her to marry rich!! But sine the trial of the century II she is looking into LEO. I tell her she would make good undercover agent as she ALSO has two years pursuing BFA Acting!! Gotta love those "professional" students. :innocent:

JMO - But (waving a don't hit me flag to all) it hasn't been proved so far that FCA asked for his help at all. So far, there's no phone call from FCA to him proved, no agreement, no contract, no anything. Handing her a business card? Really? I am terrified the Judge will throw it out.

If it goes to trial......then as AZ said, chances are good. It makes sense.

JMO.

Where do you live?:woohoo:

I did not say the county, I said the Orlando economy had millions pumped into it. And it's standard procedure for the state to try and recoup expenses.

I have posted links in the past to several articles about how good the trial was for the Orlando economy. Search through them if you want to read them.

Here's one for you:

Capitalizing On The Casey Anthony Trial

If the county was "making so much money" off of this disaster of a case then why may I ask was the court under such severe budget constraints? Why is the state suing her for damages?

Capitalizing On The Casey Anthony Trial

In the first link the key word is could

The second link doesn't work and I wouldn't compare someone that kills children to "Mickey Mouse" who has made children smile for the last 60 years. That's truly wrong

Not spelling the word twitter is not a way to get around the rules about twitter and facebook in my opinion. Bringing content from those sources is not a good idea.

I am definitely attracted to the investigative aspect of social work, and the fight for justice, the helping, the psychology, the sociology, the making a difference. Its such a broad discipline and the jobs and endless and varied, and of course underpaid.

This is a career change in my thirties which makes me appreciate it even more. If I could hide in academia forever I would, its amazing to be constantly learning. Unfortunately, I am the type that needs to be out in the field getting my hands dirty.

I'm still waiting to hear a more believable version. :waitasec:

The second link doesn't work because of the **** in the body of the link. That means that the website is not allowed to be linked on Websleuths.

Capitalizing On The Casey Anthony Trial

Thank you for the links, but I will never be on board with the way Casey, through her lies, blatantly, arrogantly, and willfully wasted the precious time and resources of Law Enforcement, TES, The Orange County Courts, judges, attorneys, her family, the kind volunteers that searched for her daughter, and her community itself. She lied for three years straight through both sides of her mouth and there were consequences, monetarily and otherwise for many people because of it. I will not downplay it or deny it even if revenue was made during her trial.

She got away with murder and now people are expected to also excuse her for this?
