I personally think that whoever killed JonBenet was some crazy pervert who saw her at one of her pageants and then somehow figured out we’re she lived and broke in and killed her after possibly raping her, weather she was raped at all though hasn’t been confirmed

No, you're not the only one who thinks that regarding the assailant. I thought of that possibility. On a deep dive of the case of late, I found out (only yesterday) about a potential suspect I never heard of before. I wonder if some people have become jaded so blame the parents.
Whenever I think of the theory that the parents covered it up by strangling her after Burke had clubbed her on the head, that's what strikes me as odd. The second part of Burke hitting out at her in anger, yeah sure, but the parents suddenly turning homicidal is inconceivable.
