There are a few different names/versions of names you've put out here, not sure how they fit together. If you believe you have a suspect that makes sense as to her murder, have you contacted LE/FBI? Do you have evidence of some kind you could submit to LE, or is it just someone who seems suspicious? I would be careful of posting names and personal information of members of the public, here, openly. Just my opinion.

There was a law passed this past summer.
Says all modern technology had to be used to solve homicide cases.
Shouldn't DNA entered into parabon be included?
It would produce a likeness of Tina Foglia's killer.
I also believe Peaches and unknown males DNA should be entered.
We would get to see what they looked like.
Perhaps they would be recognized.
