It appears the murders happened sometime during the middle of the night...I'm not understanding why it was necessary for the kidnapping to kill JB and AB but leave everyone else in the house okay.

DOes anyone know what the lay out of the Bain house is? The bedrooms, where everyone slept? I find it impossible for him to get all four victims out of the house at the same exact time. He would have had to have gone back and forth at least twice...undetected by GB or his daughter and granddaughter.

Maybe in his mind if JB and AB were dead and buried, everybody would just assume JB run away with her kids and no one would really look for her. It even worked for a little while. Apparently even her husband believed she run off.

im going to bed buying a lwb vw crafter that im going to convert into a sleeper tour van to drive bands in.Im gonna have 2 tvs, xbox, couple of sockets, spot lights and strip lights on seperate switches,dvd/cd player, and possibly a fridge.As I will need power as often as possible I will be needing a mains hook up as well. So I guess Ill wire a leisure battery from the van battery through a split charge relay,and connect the mains socket to a charger to charge the leisure battery? will this provide me constant power when im plugged in? and can i run the power for the sockets, tvs and xbox all from one inverter?
anything else id need to consider?
any help would be great as this will be my first project.

I can tell you that if he needs a transplant within a year, and he was told this by his doc, that could very well have played into this also. He is essentially dying and they were going to take "his babies" (even if just in his mind). Transplants take lots of cash and he is not that young. So with his financial background, and his age, and oddly enough his teeth and such, would be hard on a transplant list. I have a dear friend who needs a kidney, they will not even let him on the list until his teeth are fixed. We know he is going to die. This may be the case with AM, nothing to lose at this point. He may be a very angry man with what life has dealt him. and don't flame me, by NO MEANS making excuses for him....IMHO

I agree Ronso. The statement would not come from a medical doctor, nurse, etc due to HIPAA to the media. It may be the interpretation of a medical evaluation by a family member...Doctor says to patient:"If you don't quit smoking, drinking, doing Crack, gaming online for 48 hours straight, eating buckets of Crisco you may need a heart transplant in a year." Patient and family hear," Blah, blah, blah...you are going to die unless you get a heart transplant." Family reports it to media.

Xena? Xina? (Sorry it was on the old forum) was talking about Viagra being used for various other things besides EDD. Viagra was created to be the newest cutting edge cardiac medication. Researchers were amazed and thought ca-ching when most of the test subjects started reporting the positive side effect we associate with Viagra. So...there is a possibility with the neighbor Viagra comment...AM was using it for a heart condition...especially if he could not pick up meds at a pharmacy, he does a google search, find something similar to what he was on and knows he can get it on the street. Medically dangerous, but, could happen...

I should have quoted better :doh: . The neighbor said he was told this. But heart problems are also a marfans condition so i leaned toward believing it- but I should have stated the context better so everyone else could come to their own conclusion. Sorry.

I don't judge people (or at lest try my hardest not to) but I'd have to admit I have a hard time believing he or his conspirators were capable of thinking up something that elaborate. It makes sense coming from you guys...him...not so much. :blushing:

Also, if he is using alcohol/smokes, I am not sure they would even consider him for a heart transplant. They want to transplant organs into those living a healthy lifestyle, I presume.

Moo of course but I see no reason whatsoever to discount what the cousin, Mahan has stated about the Bain family being told directly by LE that both Joann and Adrienne were beaten in the garage.. this IMO is just not something that people pull out of their arse and state.. and sadly I believe that we will find this is absolutely accurate.. to each their own on what they would like to believe but I personally see absolutely zilch that this woman has to gain in speaking this detail...she had more than enough to share and speak about her cousin Joann and a possible relationship she had with Adam.. there is absolutely nothingshe would gain from making up the fact that her family members were beaten in the garage..

What has she stated that is so questionable that's lead to several feeling the need to continue to post disclaimers that her statement are likely not factual? ..what is it that she is claiming that has lead to the opinion she has something to gain by making up lies about her family?

Its not the Bain family that deserves disclaimers posted about their statements.. the TM family is the one who has something to gain by spouting untruths.. but I see no reason to continually question the Brains statements as being true or accurate..

Could be I'm missing something huge here but I've yet to see why Joanne's family has a need, desire, or gain from lying about this tragic situation.. jmo

I don't have a hard time believing it. After kidnappings, police talked to him and let him go. He must have told a believable enough story (at least for while) for the police to let him go. So I don't think he is too stupid to come up with a plan like this.

I agree with most of the above.

The only part I have a problem with is saying that one of the children may have been AM's biological child. In order for that to be true, JB would have to have been lying to at least one man and possibly two.

Alexandria's biological father has been listed as MJ. Kyiliyah's biological father has been listed as GB.

I haven't seen any evidence that JB was a liar or deceiver. She seems to have been devoted to her children and to her husband.

It's just really hard for me to assume that she lied MJ and GB and has been lying for over a decade.

I was reading in a timeline somewhere that the middle daughter was born before JB and GB got married. There is a possibility that GB offered stability to JB and it is not hard for a child to take the step-fathers name. Especially, if there is no father on the birth certificate. There is also the possibility, that if she is AM's bio DTR, that an agreement was made when GB adopted her that he could have liberal visitation, etc. If the move to AZ did not include him, perhaps he sold his stuff to go, and JB/GB said no..etc. Desperate father pushed over the edge?

Your presumption is correct. I had an Aunt who had kidney and liver failure due to alcholism. She was told she could not be a candidate for transplant.

He only wanted the younger two as told to many; the mom and older daughter were just in the way

I am wondering if am and tm already had the two girls outside... getting ready to kidnap them. Then maybe jb wakes up... Doesn't see the girls in there beds... goes to adrienne room - Wakes her up and asks if she knows where the girls are. They both go outside together to look for them and catch am and tm in the process of kidnapping them.

ok im stressing myself out pretty bad over this now.im picking up the van next week and want to get started straight away. I was told using everything at 240v would be a very inefficient way of doing things. is this the case?
looking at the battery to battery chargers they charge at 50a. this would charge the batteries very fast, so looks like it might be the way to go.
so now im thinking
battery to battery charger
2 x 110ah batteries
2x 24 inch 12v tvs 2x 40w 6.7 a
12v car dvd player with car speakers 4x 45 w maximum 15.9 a
10 led downlights 10x 2 w 1.7a
2 led rope lights 10 w 0.83 a
6 led lights for in the bunks 6x2 w 1a
then through an inverter for
xbox 190w
1 240v socket.
i know how to calculate the amps used on the 12v but how does it work going through the inverter? im guessing if i have 2x 110ah batteries id get about 10 hours from these batteries? so if it takes 4 hours to charge would i need a hook up at all?
however most of the useage off this equipment will be when driving as the band will be in the back.
i just dont want the cost to get out of control but if i can do away with the 240 hook up it would keep everything simple and be more straight forward to install.
does this sound like my best option?

But the neighbor that said this did not make it sound like this was AM's intentions for the Viagra. And if AM took Viagra for his heart he would have a script. And if that script ran out the DR will call in a new script or the Pharmacy will give a few pills in life preserving medications. AM wasn't taking Viagra for his heart.

Still doesn't answer how he got the money to buy the new tires, the x box, and any other parts necessary in order to build the "junker". How does he eat? How does he afford his smokes he was seen buying? Why did according to his wife he take young girls into his bedroom and lock the door? Why ????????? Chasing the American dream? OK, if your dream is to have no job, wander around the country, living off others. That is not my idea of the American Dream. Johnny Mayes II says that his mom always favored AM. He also says they wandered around like nomads while he was growing up. He didn't speak favorably of his mother either, actually had nothing good to say about her. I don't think they were chasing the American Dream. I think they moved when things got hot. I was raised by a family like this, and know what I am speaking of. I also don't think there is any way in Hell a 20 yr old is gonna want a man 30 yrs older than her pawing all over her. Something is BAD off with all of this, and that's my opinion.

People who work odd jobs often don't pay taxes or FICA, so they make a bit more money than it looks like.

Tyres for a motorcycle? Around $100 each brand new; not exactly a bank buster purchase. Parts for motorcycles can be had pretty cheaply at many junkyards if you have the time to pick through the yard.

As for where he was getting money for food and cigarettes, he was living with his parents. I assume that one or both parents were probably on SS and they were providing him with board as well as room.

My reference to the American dream was the Mayes family (not AM) wandering the country. Sure, maybe they were avoiding LE or maybe they were caught like *millions* of poverty level people are, hoping that they will find a living if they can just go where they think the work is.

As for Jo Ann's relationship with Gary Bain, all I can say is that when I was 17, I had an affair with a 44 year old man. Not quite a 30 year difference but close. That relationship was terrific and way better than my teenage girlfriends were going through with their age cohort boyfriends.

Thirty years later, I still think that relationship was a good one that I benefitted from in more ways than I can count.

So it's not hard for me to believe that maybe, just maybe, Jo Ann saw in Gary a stable man who would be a good father to her children. I'm sure they probably did have differences of opinion at times but I have yet to see a marriage that doesn't.
