Figures no street addresses given, safety reasons I suppose. After reading Rica's case, I'm curious why haven't they tested her DNA against this body found? I mean wow it's been 8 years one would think it would have been done by now.

Her Namus entry gives this address: "Ricarda, also known as Rica, was last seen at approximately 10:00am at her residence in the vicinity of the 3500 block of Stuart Rd." https://www.findthemissing.org/cases/179

Yeah, I think it depends on whether you believe the husband's account. He says he dropped her off at the shelter.

An interesting bit from the physical/medical information: "Healed area of the right parietal, approximately quarter size, that may indicate remote surgery. Wormian bone present in calvarium." Spending time in Wikipedia makes me think that in this context, "remote" seems to refer to time in the past. Quite a number of conditions can contribute to formation of Wormian bone, though it's sometimes a normal variation. The surgery could have been for anything from stroke to concussion to developmental issues and illness.

Circumstances of Recovery:
Circumstances of death unknown at this time. Decedent's markedly decomposed remains were found in a wooded area approximately 300 feet from the end of Sipes Avenue near I-40 in Memphis. No cause and manner of death were able to be determined upon examination.
