I can't believe how many people think of children as objects. Isn't there a little voice in all of us that says "This is wrong...don't do it"?

I believe it's the voice of your conscience, or "right/wrong" meter gone awry. Another case along these lines that I remember is a husband/wife fighting and she picking the baby out of the crib and started beating him with it.
