Trailis to reume any moment and the are on chapter 3 ... GUELPH .banks statements & survillence

The next thing that Armstrong heard was Rafferty arrest on TV

I feel TERRIBLE for Rodney, I hope everyone is open and honest on the stand, he really deserves that. When you hear all these statements saying her abduction was drug related it makes you really wonder what the truth is. I CANNOT imagine how he must be feeling, let alone how Tara must be feeling if these are simply untrue things being said. Rodney hit the nail on the head when saying we will never know the complete truth.

Rafferty's last contact with Armstrong was between the 14th and 17th of May. She asked for help with her pool.

That's all the questions Crockett has. Derstine now cross examining

Crowns has no more questions for Barbara Armstong. Cross Examination begins

Derstine asks how long Rafferty was in her home. About ten minutes. They chatted, like they usually do.

Derstine starts cross-examination He asks how much they chatted when she sold him the Percocets. She said nothing unusual that day

Derstine suggests Rafferty wasn't in a rush to leave. She agrees. All the questions he has.

Defence asks Armstrong about #Rafferty's composure on Apr. 8. She agrees he wasn't a "man in a hurry". Armstrong excused

RaffertyLFP: Derstine wraps up questions

Police went to the Petro Canada, spoke to the manager. Asked if monitoring equipment was working. It was not hooked up.

Vittie said he talked to clerk at service station near the Home Depot - video equipment there was not working but adjacent Tim Horton's was

The Petro Canada also has a Tim Horton's, which has a camera. Police didnt see the man in the white shirt at 1st, time stamp was off 37 mins

Vittie said he could not initially find the male he was looking on video for but realized timer was incorrect -switched time and found him

LFP seems to be the only one on the ball today. Others are slow with their tweets! Many aren't even there tweeting and will only give updates at the end of the day. :sigh:
