Also, he wasn't the one that pushed her into the car. I can't see why a child would be scared of someone that didn't know the child was being abducted but trust the woman that stole her off the street and pushed her into a car. It doesn't add up.

According to TLM's testimony, MR started yelling at her to get in the car as soon as they approached. I believe TS would have blamed him for TLM pushing her in the car. She would have most likely considered him the dominate presence in the kidnapping. JMO

Mike Knoll: @RobinH24 - we really had to dance around our wording of the events the court heard on Friday. Charity Spitzger testified she is an "escort" and she was funneling up to $17,000 into Rafferty's bank account, plus cash. That's really the best way I can phrase it.

He and his partner (Colin Darmon) interviewed Rafferty at his home.
