Wondering what kind of appeal he has since he has not been to trial or sentenced. I can not find anything on this case....

Dallas County court site is lousy - not much info is given. They have yet to update it for the next hearing.

And I am only coming up with a current article from 2019 - so if you can find something MORE current - that would be great! TIA if you can! :)
 
Looks like another announcement hearing. Maybe came to a deal.
