Do we know if he had any cash on him? I’m afraid he may have been picked up by someone intending to rob him— maybe someone followed him from the club. Would he have hitchhiked or accepted a ride from someone he doesn’t know? Praying for Harley and his family!

From the Tyler Police Dept FB page 1/24/24. I find it interesting they are specifically asking for camera footage between 3 am and 7 am. We know he was last seen at 3 am. Wondering if there has been a sighting after 7 am ? Why would they include that as an end time?

We are asking residents and businesses north of Gentry Pkwy to North Loop 323 to check any cameras or doorbell cameras on the date of January 21st from the times of 3:00am to 7:00am and report to us if you see anybody walking.

Also please check around your residence or business for items that we know Harley Morris was wearing when he went missing: a Prime 102 cap, black shoes, and a black/grey hoodie.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Tyler Police Department at (903) 531-1000 or Crimestoppers at (903) 597-2833. Crimestoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the whereabouts of Harley Morris. Only tips directly to Crimestoppers are eligible for a reward.

He is 6’3, 160lbs with blond hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with grey sleeves, black pants, and a black Prime 102 baseball style hat.

Tyler community holds prayer vigil for missing man

East Texas News’ Avery Niles speaks with Wendi Attaway Morris about a prayer vigil held today for her son, Harley Morris, who went missing from the 50 Grande Club in Tyler three months ago.

My heart goes out to this person's family but I personally doubt it is Tyler. The fact that they can tell that the deceased met with foul play, means the remains were pretty well intact, unless what they had was obvious ballistic or flat-edged weapon damage to remaining bone. In looking further I found this article where it was implied that the body had been there maybe up to 10 days (so not months). Human remains found between Whitehouse, Troup on oil service road

This article has more details on the body found. I believe foul play is suspected because, according to the sheriff, the body was disposed of in a ditch full of water to hide it. Hoping it is not Harley.

Human remains found between Whitehouse, Troup on oil service road

Smith County Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace Derrick Choice came to the scene and ordered an autopsy. The body has not been identified yet.

The body found in Whitehouse off of 346 on May 5th is not Harley. It is Alex Perez, also missing from Tyler, TX.

Human remains found in Tyler identified as missing 44 year old

Tyler police say that the human remains found on May 5 have been identified as Jose Alejandro “Alex” Perez of Tyler. Perez has been missing since April 26.
