How do I find the files on Pinterest?
 
who could of knwn that chaelene was seeing her socail worker as far as i can see the only people who could have found out wold be people living in the same house as her one of her family or one of the lodgers.

so the family and the lodgers are the only rel suspects in the dispearence.

RM was a lodger of the Downes family On the day of Charlene's disappearance there was an incident between him & Charlene that she reported to social services. Robert Downes senior went to court with RM & claimed it was the first he knew about RMs offences against children as he thought it was "only for raping his girlfriend!"
The Downes continued to visit RM during his prison sentence
 
There are many discrepencies in the family's statememnets of what happened the weekend Charlene vanished. Karen's various times of ringing the Police. Robert Downes senior is said to have stayed at home furious Charlene never returned by 2200 hours. Another has him borrowing a bike and searching the arcades for her. He also said he was drinking alone in Barney's nightclub til closing time at 0200 hours and found his lodgers Ray Munro and Glen Paget who had until then been his regular drinking buddies hadn't returned. Robert was unable to give any further account of his whereabouts the weekend his daughter went missing.
It took 2 days to phone the police, Karen lied that she called on the Saturday and was told to wait 24 hours. She also claimed to have phoned on the Sunday and was told to call tomorrow but again the police have no record of the call. When the police said they were sending officers round she said she had to go out!
The police think Charlene was killed shortly after her last sighting at 2130 hours. She was reported to be seen at the corner of Talbot Road and Dickson Road and also at Mecca bingo hall both within 5 minutes walk of home at 109 Buchanan Street. I think she was killed around that time and the 2 day delay in reporting her missing gave the killers time to clean up the crime scene, di9spose of the body and get their stories straight
 
I think after. Karen had a job handing out flyers for an Indian restaurant on the night of her disappearance. There was friction between Charlene and her parents as they were not pleased Charlene had been associating with Muslims
 
im just thinking the killer chivers was a bnp activist and and im suspecting he is the mystrious bob that staed with them.
 
I have long suspected Robert Ewing of being Charlene's killer and being the Bob mentioned reports. At the time of Charlene's disappearance Ewing lived 2 bus stops away from the Downes in the now demolished tower block in Blackpool's Queenstown.
To have evaded justice for 8 years and succesfully disposing of Paige Chiver's body is either remarkable beginner's luck or suggests previous experience of murder and body disposal.
Ewing was a fromer soldier like Robert Downes senior & a member of several far right organisations. He moved to nearby Bispham shortly after Charlene vanished and where he would later kill Paige Chivers.
Ewing moved from the west midlands to Blackpool at the same time as the Downes, Nigel Lloyd, ( also a former soldier and far right extremist member) & another man who paid Charlene £40 for a sex act. Disturbingly this man is on Karen Downe's friends list!
While living in Hereford (where Ewing was charged with offences against children) & near to the west midlands several disappearances of young people took place.
In 1991 Nicola Payne vanished from the west midlands near Ewing's home. Nicola looked much younger than 18.
In 1996 Patrick Warren & David Spencer vanished without trace, once again Ewing lived nearby. He has convictions for offences against boys also
In 2003 Charlene Downes vanished form Blackpool, 2 bus stops 7 a 10 minute walk from his home
In 2003 Natalie Putt vanished from the west midlands, Ewing had family & friends there and was known to return to the area.
I'm looking into far right demonstrations across the UK as he was also known to travel to them.
A new follow up documentary is being made and will be revealed at the end of 2019/early 2020.
 
109 Buchanan Street was never forensically searched. A standard search was done initially, Charlene had a history of running away and she was treated as a missing person.
After 11 reports of her being seen around Blackpool and further sightings in Manchester and the west Midlands couldn't be confirmed it was decided she had been killed shortly after the last sighting
 
but whydid they choose blackpool i wonder clearly they thought they would be safe from scrutiny in blackpool and they were correct but how could tey possbly know teywould be safe.
 
Blackpool has a dark hidden underbelly. Almost 1000 sex offenders are housed there. With cheap housing and a disturbingly high number of sex offenders it's the ideal place for child abusers. The Downes had a much bigger customer base for selling their daughters than the Midlands
 
It was incompetent with a sinister undertone. Mohammed Reveshi, aka Rez had a longstanding beef with Don Fraser one of the detectives investigating the case. Rez and Fraser were neighbours and Rez was said to have had a fling with Fraser's wife.
Iyad Albattikkhi, aka Eddie, Rez's business partner in the kebab shop fell out with Tariq his brother. After 3 years with no results a half baked plan came about when Tariq told the police he heard Eddie saying he killed Charlene and put her body into kebabs. Don Fraser sent David Cassiday, a petty criminal who owed the shop owners a lot of money to record them.
Eddie & Rez have a long list of allegations of inappropriate behaviour around females, especially younger ones. Bad men but not killers. No one would miss them if they went to prison, Cassiday wouldn't need to pay his debt & could claim the £100000 reward, Fraser would have revenge on Rez and look good solving the case.
It was a disaster, Cassiday had no experience of surveillance and recording, the tapes were virtually useless. They were transcribed by Jan Beassant an officer with no experience of recording to make it look like the kebab men had admitted their guilt. The case against them was twice dismissed as the tapes were so bad they were inadmissable.
Meanwhile the far right EDL & BNP had come on board and the ridiculous kebab story was believed. Eddie & Rez were each given £250000 compensation for wrongful arrest.
The manpower, time and money wasted allowed the real killer to escape justice. The family enjoyed the support of the far right til the social service files came to light and they were very quickly dropped. It says much about the family when men like Tommy Robinson & Nick Griffin washed their hands of them!
The family still persist in the kebab story (there would have been a ton of DNA in the shophad it been true). CSI tore the shop apart and found nothing, I lived nearby and saw it.The family has lost a lot of support as people realise the wrongdoing going on in the home and they have refused to cooperate with the police or answer any of the allegations in the reports.
Also 109 Buchanan Street was initially searched as a missing person inquiry. A full forensic CSI search was never done
 
Something very disturbing is the man who paid Charlene £40 for a sex act and refused to talk to Joe Cussack in the documentary is on Karen Downes friends page!
The middle aged man mentioned in the files who the eldest daughter went to live with at 14 with parental consent had underage relationships with all 3 girls. He also had a relationship with Karen.

oh yes robert downes is from coventray isnt he did he know nicola payne with the sixe of conventry it would be a supring concedence if he did.
 
Robert Downes family did live in Coventry at the time. Robert Ewing was in nearby Hereford as was the man who paid Charlene £40 for a sex act and is on Karen Downes friends page.
Robert Downes senior was sacked from a job as a security guard in the supermarket at Marton Mere caravan park Blackpool for inappropriate behaviour around young girls
