She was thought to be wearing a green waterproof jacket, navy trousers with a white diamond pattern and a pair of white trainers.

Ms Everard, from Lambeth, is 5ft 4 with blonde hair and was carrying a transparent case with green in-ear Bluetooth headphones.

Her loved ones added: 'We can listen, talk you through what help you need, pass a message for you and help you to be safe.'

She said: "Sarah and I met many years ago whilst studying together at Durham University. She has always been an exceptional friend, dropping everything to be there to support her friends, whenever they need her.

"It was only recently that she was telling me the good news about her new role as a senior marketing account manager, which she was excited to start.

Friends of Sarah Everard are appealing for anyone who may have seen her on Wednesday evening (3 March) to come forward. Her last known location was near Clarence Avenue, between Clapham and Brixton.

Sarah, 33, had met a friend and was walking home from the Clapham Junction area of London at about 9pm.

She spoke with her partner on the phone on her way home and they talked for about 15 minutes about how their day had been and discussed plans to see each other the following day.

Shortly after the phone call ended at 21.28, her friends believe that something happened to Sarah.

Her phone signal was last located somewhere close to Clarence Avenue, which is on the way between where she met her friend and her home.

Friends were unable to contact her during the day of Thursday 4 March which raised the alarm. Police were notified of her disappearance at 8pm.

Friends and family have mounted a serious effort to gather as much information as possible, sharing information via social media and reaching contacts as far and wide as Dubai and Lebanon.

The gate leads onto the A205 South Circular where she is believed to have started walking towards her home address in Brixton.


The Metropolitan Police believe she walked across Clapham Common and should have arrived home around 50 minutes later

Family appeal for help in finding woman who disappeared on way home from Clapham to Brixton on Wednesday evening
''Detective Chief Inspector Ian Kenward, from the Central South Public Protection Team, said: “Sarah’s disappearance is completely out of character and understandably her family and friends are incredibly worried.

“We are also growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and have officers working round the clock to try and find her.

“I would ask anybody who was in the Clapham Common area on Wednesday night to think about whether you saw Sarah or any suspicious activity around the time of her disappearance.”

Sarah was last seen wearing a green rain jacket, navy blue trousers with a white diamond pattern and turquoise and orange trainers. She was also thought to have been wearing green earphones and a white beanie hat.

Search team member says 'nothing significant' found
A London rescue team has said that they’ve found “nothing significant” so far in their search for missing woman, Sarah Everard.

MyLondon spoke to a member of the London Search and Rescue team out on Clapham Common today (March 7) as they assist the Met Police in their hunt for 33-year-old Sarah.

A combination of volunteers and the police have ramped up the search for the woman, who went missing in the Clapham area on Wednesday night (March 3).

Detectives investigating the disappearance of Sarah Everard have released new information about where she was last seen.

33-year-old Sarah was spotted on CCTV at approximately 21:30hrs on Wednesday, 3 March. She was walking alone on the A205 Poynders Road, from the junction with Cavendish Road, in the direction of Tulse Hill.

Detective Chief Inspector Katherine Goodwin said: "I would like to stress that there is no information at this stage to suggest anything untoward may have happened to Sarah.

"The focus remains on returning her home to her family safe and well and that is our number one priority.
