UK - Scratches around door lead to video of creepy prowler

Mother of two Lisa Mackenzie of Bridgend, Wales was so worried when she found scratches around her back door lock last month, along with a wire, she installed cctv. It cost £350 (around $550) but she's glad she did now.

Tuesday morning, she noticed her garden gate open and checked the video; and found very creepy footage of a man trying to get into her property Monday night. He seemed to be prepared, with mask, gloves and a torch.

South Wales police have said they understand residents are concerned but burglaries in the area are very low and it's an 'isolated incident'. Lisa has been overwhelmed with support since she posted the video on Facebook.

Totally agree. A burglar would come during the day when no one is at home. After not being able to get into this house, a burglar would try another house. Apparently no other neighbors reported attempted break-ins.
