Since I only found 1 article with this information, I wanted to confirm the legitimacy of the claim. I did another search at www.altavista.com with the words:
Russian woman 69 children guinness
This time I found many articles referring to the Guinness Record.

They seem to have been written in 2003, so if your school or local library has the book form of The Guinness Book of World Records, you could look in there.
