She bears a striking resemblance to Lori Julian, who disappeared from Scottsdale AZ in July 1991.

I know the age is way off, but both have a tattoo with a snake and panther in it, and the dates and height both match. Is it possible that the missing had tattoo's that his family didn't mention?

I came across this case while scanning NamUs. I believe I found a possible match to this UID female. I would love some input. I like these two as a match because of the similarities in descriptions plus the doe was found in Simpson County and Peggy Sue was last seen in Allen County. These two counties are situated next to each other. Peggy Sue had an abusive boyfriend who had assaulted her with a deadly weapon before she went missing and doe had a healed fracture of proximal right humerus (upper arm near shoulder).

Elizabeth Crawford has been ruled out vs this Jane Doe.

I found these two cases on Doe Network and wanted to post them for you all to take a look at. I think there are a lot of similarities between these two women and was wondering if anyone else thinks this might be a match?
Elizabeth Crawford disappeared in July 86 from South Carolina, this unidentified womans torso and leg were found in August 86 400 miles away in Chesterfield VA. I looked the towns up and it is a straight shot from Simpsonville SC to Chesterfield VA on I85.

The victim was located at the Shoosmith landfill in Chesterfield County, Virginia on August 7, 1986. It appears the remains were kept in a relatively cool environment (refrigerator) or semi-air tight container to delay decomposition.

After receiving this phone call, Ms. Crawford told her son she was going to a friend's house and would be back soon. Ms. Crawford never arrived at the friends house. This was at 10:30 PM and she has not been seen since.
The Simpsonville Police Department have witnesses who state they saw Ms. Crawford two days after the disappearance in the company of a white male outside the Ingles in Simpsonville.
On July 19, 1986, Ms. Crawford's 1978 Chevrolet Malibu, 2 door was found abandoned in Fountain Inn on Georgia Street in front of Wilson Sporting Goods, five miles from her home.


Does anyone else think this could be Elizabeth Crawford? They are only 2 states away so they may have been compared/ruled out already?

Circumstances of Disappearance
Sexton left her Ohio home on May 1, 1981 with her boyfriend, a known drug dealer. He later returned without her and is since deceased. Sexton was last known to be in Tampa, Florida and may have traveled to Mexico. Her mother told authorities that she last heard from her daughter in 1984.

5'8, The UID on The Doe Network is listed at 5" - 5'1 and the UID on Namus is listed at 5'6 and it is estimated...

This John Doe has been ruled out against Edward Amabile.

I am new at this and was debating whether or not to post but I figured if there's even a 1% chance it is him I better. The missing person's name is Edward James Amabile. He went missing on the way to pick up his daughter on 12-4-2003 in Pennsylvania. Here is the link:

There is not a lot of info. on here so it's a long shot but the age and height match up and I google mapped the location from where Mr. Amabile was driving and where the UID was found and it's only 24 minutes away.

Please tell me what you think, there is not a lot to go on I know. I did see that there is a link to the medical examiner but there was a possibility of post-mortem photos. I do not have the stomach for that so I did not click.

To all who have followed my case:

I want to thank all those who helped me in the case on the BP John Doe in Lake City, FL. However, I was updated this afternoon that the John Doe in question and the missing person in question Erik Sol Patchin, do not match. The time frame was pretty accurate, but after bout 4 months of my investigation into the two links, the investigation conducted by the CCSO, Leon County Sheriffs Office and FDLE failed to recognize such a link. However, I am not going to give up so easily....I am asking and making a call out to all the sleuths to look into any missing person cases anywhere between May and June 1994 involving a male youth. This goes out as a APB for all states in the country. Thanks.
