When I served jury duty they brought our lunch into the jury room. I tried to convince them that my doctor had me on a very strict filet mignon and lobster diet.

No doubt. It needs to happen, though I'm sure it never will. It's unbelievable she was able to lie in a murder trial without being held accountable. I feel bad for those whose lives she has ruined.

I so agree and I guess I can only hope that on amazon where she peddles her "book"; people will continue to tell the truth about the kind of whack she is selling.

The comments basically are "you will never work in this town again" and I'd like to make sure, she NEVER testifies in a court room again. Like Fidler did with Henry Lee. At least he admonished him publicly so there was no secret, they tried to plant evidence period...and Fidler made sure he didn't testify in America again.

If this list is a continuation of what we know that the jury doesn't know...I'd take ALV and potential perjury off the list. Not only was she exposed as a liar under cross and re-cross by Juan during her testimony, he flat out called her a LIAR in closing arguments. He said her entire testimony was tainted and mentioned two specific lies she told on the stand: (1) keynote speaker at DV conference vs. plenary session presenter; (2) claimed to have testified on behalf of one or two men in court. She later admitted that she wrote reports, but didn't testify.

My understanding is that if ALL 12 jurors stay together in the Jury room they can eat and continue deliberating. Anyone else hear that?

They are not allowed to deliberate unless all 12 are present. Two just left with a Marshall, so they have to stop, even if the two are only gone a few minutes.
