Man accused of fatally shooting his infant son in Magnolia charged

Dion Lamont Montgomery, 35, is charged with first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Dion Lamont Montgomery, 35, is accused of shooting the infant in the head and then firing shots at strangers at random while he fled the scene on May 8.

Montgomery is being held in the King County Jail on $5 million bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday, May 23.
