He has crazy, intent-looking, creepy eyes to me ...

I wonder where else he has lived and what else is in his criminal history. This particular county didn't show any other cases but some counties are not as good at keeping online case records as others. It's very frustrating but surely the news crews are digging up his record .

He is in King County Correctional Facility in Seattle. Booked at 5:22 pm today (4/11/16) Bail denied. http://blue.kingcounty.gov/Courts/Detention/JILS/

I don't know if criminal records are available in Washington state, it looks like there are 6 cases that he was involved in over the years, but there are no details on the charges.

Yes there are several others listed as John Charlton or as John Doe Charlton. Hard to tell if it's the same person.

I am only assuming what "obtained her photo" and made a tentative I.D. means. Wouldnt that mean more was found than just an ankle and foot?
