GUILTY WA - Justice, 1, & Raiden Robinson, 6 wks, starved to death, Kent, 14 Nov 2004

Further on in the article it states:

"Robinson has four other children with a former husband. They were divorced in 2001 and he won custody of all four."

Can you imagine being one of those 4 other children, seeing your mom on tv, knowing full well this could have happened to you? OMG this is heartbreaking all the way around.....

As usual, I notice the parent(s) who starve their children are big, fat pigs and certainly make sure that they themselves are fed.

What's interesting (odd?) here is that the house was full of food, as well as baby formula. She CHOSE not to feed those boys. :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

At the time of their death by starvation and dehydration last November, Justice and Raiden Robinson had fallen off Child Protective Services' (CPS) radar despite their mother being accused of child neglect at least six times.

That critical lapse, according to a review of the boys' deaths released yesterday, was the result of lackadaisical investigations by a rookie CPS caseworker carrying four times as many cases as the industry standard.

The worker's errors were compounded by an absence of supervision and outdated laws that limit the state's interventions in chronic-neglect cases, according to the review by the state Office of the Family and Children's Ombudsman

A woman who prosecutors say let her two sons starve to death while she drank herself into a stupor in their Kent apartment was sentenced Friday to 34 years in prison, more than twice the standard sentencing range...

Her two youngest sons, 16-month-old Justice and 7-week-old Raiden, were found dead. Her other son, 2-year-old P, who survived by foraging in the kitchen, helped police get the door open...

She pleaded guilty last month to two counts of first-degree manslaughter and one count of reckless endangerment.
