She has the following tattoos: the letters "LV" on her right hand, a beer with an arrow through it on her left arm, and a braid of sweetgrass with the the phrase "Santana II Guillana" on her right calf.

Details of Disappearance
Ross was last seen on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation in Idaho on March 19, 2020. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

I'm kind of confused about the tattoo description...this is again an other description

The information that was given on the site was misprinted by the person who took the report. Her description is incorrect for the tattoos. Her last know location was Downtown Spokane Washington as of 3/19/2020 and she was last heard from on 3/19/2020.
I know these because I’m The one who last spoke to her and I reported her missing.
I’m her sibling.

Hi @CGarcia94. So sorry you have to endure this. Also: how frustrating it must be that the information out there contradicts or isn't right. It should be possible to correct that?

Sorry for all the questions upfront. If you don't feel like answering them, respect.
Can you share with us what the right description of her tattoos is.
Also I wonder did she went missing before <8/16/2019> and why or is that another mix up.
Was there a significant other at the time? What was her demeanor?
What are your own feelings about what happened to Kacy.

Left on her own account, did somebody hurt her, an accident, suicide?

Again sorry for the questions. To me it's seems relevant to get the info right in case she or her remains are found.

I appreciate the interest in the disappearance of my sister. I have contacted someone to get the description for her to be corrected. I have full descriptions of her tattoos. The 8/16/19 one was the first time I reported her missing because she had taken a long time to contact me due to her not being able to have a working phone and could only talk through a wifi signal so that one was quickly resolved. The second one was because she did in fact go missing. No one has heard or has seen her, I haven’t heard from her since 3/19/2020 and her last known Facebook activity was 3/20/2020 and since then she has been in the wind.
No one was ever sure if she actually did have a relationship at the time and I don’t know the man that is in her Facebook profile picture. My sister was going through a lot and i was the only person she would communicate with due to the hardships that were happening since 2017. My feelings on my sister are nothing but painful and emotional. I just want her found, she was my sister, best friend and helped raise me as a small child. She and I always had a strong bond with each other and have always been each other’s safety. I don’t believe she would purposely stop talking to me, she promised she would always check in and make sure I knew she was always okay, no matter the situation I may be the little sister but I’d do anything for her and sacrifice anything for her as if I was the older sibling. I believe that she got caught up in the wrong kind of crowd and in the midst of it someone has her and is keeping her from contacting anyone she knew or who she knows, keeping her in their pocket at all time, or that she has been hurt and cannot get away.

Before anything bad ever accrued to make her and our family’s life turn upside down my sister was a wonderful, beautiful, honest, caring, generous, genuine, strong and loved her family so passionately.
I love my sister and I looked up to her, I wish I had what she had. All I wish now is to find her… good or bad…

It was known that Kacy and the person who originally got her on substance abuse were traveling, this traveling wasn’t for a vacation tho… they got caught, product lost, profits lost, and that in the midsts of all this “business”, kacy was “skimming off the top” and the people she worked for(Spokane Russian cartel) found out and they were not happy… that she owed them a lot… and they made her disappear and no one would ever find her…. So I freaked out a-bit inside and I made police report, I always check to see if there’s any news, I talk to people, I visit the places she used to frequent(my workplace and the casinos in Spokane) and I always look for her wherever I go. I always tell everyone I’m searching for her and I just want her home, no matter what that means. We miss her, we want our kacy home. She was corrupted, used, taken advantage of and then taken from us. We just want her home

To a little update to my last update and to reply to you as well @Bit of hope

I have made contact with the official Missing and murdered indigenous women Facebook page and they have posted my new flyer up and have made it clear that her information was incorrect and mishandled and that I was clarifying all her information.

Another update.

So I made a new phone call to the Salt Lake City fbi office that looks over Idaho departments and they gave me a city of Coeur d Alene number to contact or to go see then they directed me to the main fbi line to speak with someone. It took forever! I waited so long. My phone call duration it said on my phone was a hour and 11mins, a good portion of it was just waiting. When I was finally connected to someone I went through the whole process of explaining and when done, at the end I was told “thank you for all your information, i will document this and it will be placed into our database, also I am sorry but there is no guarantee that this will be investigated”. I ended the call and all I could do was sit at my computer and cry. I messaged the MMIW Facebook and informed them what I was told them what I was told and they were so supportive and told me.
“I am so sorry Caroline. We are going to get you some advocacy on this for sure. Since Couer d'Alene hasn't given you a case number one of the first things we need to do is call the tribal police again and get that information. From there I will request for her to be added into NamUs. We can also start going to the news media. With NamUs we can give a whole lot of detail, And it will be thorough information that a lot of police departments and organizations use”

This gave me a bit of a pick up and I am so grateful for the MMIW community. I’m hoping that I can also talk with a few people from my tribal council and try to contact the people who were the ones who present the 2019 Summary and Report on the Idaho Summit on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples (MMIP). I pray all my efforts will be somewhat successful.

@Charlot123 She did not have a home, she didn’t have anywhere. She lost her actual home in Worley, Idaho due to failure of payments. She was basically staying wherever she could and couch surfing all these years.

There are still plenty of people who are judgmental and I don’t have many people who are very supportive due to the involvement of drugs, I only seem to get only support from my good friends or from those who understand, or who are ex addic’s and surprisingly everyone here. @Bit of hope has been a wonderful support.
I honestly haven’t had much kindness in my young life, my life hasn’t been all that good. but what kindness I have received from people who are to me “complete strangers” it’s amazing. I always have lived by “kindness isn’t that hard” I’ve given random acts of kindness because I love to give when someone needs help or even just randomly for no reason at all and I was never met with it ever in my life.
I was only met with kindness one time in the past during a difficult time. Truly It’s amazing and all the love and support in my fight to find kacy helps me be even stronger, and I need to be, because my mom is suffering currently and I can’t give up for anything.

Now to the next topic of “detective(s)” i stopped and spoke with two tribal officers yesterday when I got off work to inquire about an update on my sister and if the original officer I made the report with was on shift. He was not on shift and they asked me why and so I explained and they didn’t know anything about my sister... So I told them and explained to them everything and gave them my new flyer and they told me that there is no longer a detective anymore… lovely…. As of records of any kind, criminal, hospital, homeless shelters, ect. I’ve done all the research. There’s nothing that is recent at all.

Details of Disappearance​

Ross is listed as missing from the Coeur d'Alene Reservation in Idaho on March 19, 2020, but her family says she was last seen in Spokane, Washington. The last time she was active on social media was on June 9, 2020. She has never been heard from again.

Ross's loved ones believe she may be in danger, and have accused the police of mishandling her disappearance. Few details are available in her case.
