I'm not sure why you want his photo deleted, he is a registered sex offender. If you read the first threads related to Lindsey you will see a ton of posts of this very photograph. I need to know the reason why I should delete this photo please. The photo that I posted is of one of the three known sex offenders in or around MCleary
Why would I want to hide this individual's face or residence? Personally, I would want this person's face placed on every billboard and sign from Washington to China, so that all who see it know, this is a person who molested children.

Is that a nasty for you?

Question, please. The train of thought is that the POI also worked at Beehive, correct? If that's the case then a minor wouldn't be worked at Beehive right? So, it would more than likely the 23 year old. However, why would anyone listed as a RSO be allowed to work at any facility such as this?

I've used this one a couple times: http://dw.courts.wa.gov/index.cfm?fa=home.namesearchTerms

Not sure if that's the same one though.

Do you know what's behind all the questions about that salt lake? IIRC, didn't you take a photograph of that pond early in this case? Can you share what made you feel compelled to shoot that area? Such as instinct or from listening to some of the locals talking about the area or even if you received a tip? It helps b/c it connects dot's that help us understand a chain of events.

OK, now I'm wondering about that trap door. Where is everyone?

No offense to any of the rooky searchers as they have walked miles in looking for Lindsey, but I'm weighing some of Mom B's comments. "If there isn't more of a turn out your THINKING about calling TESS ! Mom, your daughter's gone please call Tim now. Why the wait? Time to make powerful decisions! No need for explainations of what you didn't do in the beginning of the case, as that was many moons ago. Weigh your choices Ms. Baum as Tim Miller and his entire organization are people of integrity and follow through with what they set out to do. They are there for child in jepardy and ignore all the small time chatter to stay focused on the child. He would show up if there was no money if he heard authenticity in a parents voice. Tim is aware of this case. :banghead:

Here's another amen with the choir singing in background.
One of the things that has bothered me so much about this entire case is the mom's passive behavior. We've heard about her driving around in her car looking aimlessly, sitting by the phone and speaking at vigils but how do these help more than getting out there on foot and walking thru the weeds, looking in the woods, turning over every stone or looking into or behind things?
Why wasn't she supportive of the K-9 team who was called in by the aunt. Why didn't she call TM and TES at the beginning or why did she hire a public medial specialist? What exactly is the purpose of hiring this particular specialist? How has MB helped thru her services to search for Lindsey?
Vigils and flyers are nice but passing out flyers to the same people time after time doesn't help as much as pounding the ground and searching with the eyes. Vigils are also nice b/c it allows supporters to gather together and comfort each other.
But, the only thing that has the best chance of bringing Lindsey home is getting out there and searching and that includes everyone.

I understand that they have a POI (YAY) but I stumbled across this today.
Tabitha Tuders, disappeared in the three blocks between her bus stop and home, 6 years ago, bears a striking resemblance to Lindsey...striking enough that at first I wondered if someone hadn't uploaded a picture wrong.

ETA: There is LE speculation that Tabitha might have been part of a series.

The 23 yr old POI worked at the Beehive but he's not a RSO. That's another person who I believe was said to be a minor.

OK guys I am going to clear this up once and for all. I did delete the photograph and will leave it deleted, however that was before I personally searched the grays harbor county sherrifs department sex offender list. He IS listed with a photograph on their site. While he is not the POI being talked about in the media, Normcar has every right to their opinion in this case. End of discussion on wether it is allowed to post his information here as it IS public information.

The Sheriff releases sex offender information pursuant to RCW 4.24.550.

Abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex and kidnapping offenders will not be tolerated. Such abuse could potentially end our current ability to release this important information to the public.

The information on these registered sex offenders is being placed on our web site as they have listed no permanent address. The registered sex offenders displayed in this transient offender section may be any classification level.

Because it is WA law- no LE department can legally distribute information on him because he is a level 1. That is why he isn't on the County Sheriffs Department list.

Truth is If someone wanted to push the issue they have the law on their side.

My point is that this kid is NOT the POI but now people will confuse him with the real POI.

Good Morning Animal, A quick question besides it is good to see you.

Now that a link has stated the 23 yr from the family whose homes were searched over the weekend is a POI in Lindsey's case, is it appropriate or within TOS to start sleuthing him? He just hasn't been mentioned by name in the media, and that is my concern. The SW's are suppose to be released on Thursday where his name will most lilkely be included.

It seems in any other case he would be fair game at this point. xox

SS, does the average everyday Joe Schmoe have access to the SWs? I mean can we go someplace online and get that info or do we have to wait until the media puts them out there. Half the time the media only gives out a snippet of info.. just enough to keep people watching their program in hopes that they will say more.

Will the SWs have the "probable cause" on them or is that kept a secret?

So many posts since I was last able to read, and I haven't read them all, so this question may have already been answered.
When an LEO requests a SW he files an affidavit..this lists all probable cause, Items to be searched for, places to be searched etc.

This should be made public also...
