I've never been clear on what the older kids' disabilities were. Anybody? I had heard autism and ADHD.

Also, whenever I look at videos of Nadya and the kids I only ever see one toddler. I thought there were twin toddlers? It could be just because I rarely ever watch the videos. I can't access them often at work, and at home I'm busy running after my own toddler! She doesn't toddle yet, but she gets around!

I heard autism and ADHD too. The only thing I can say is if the household remains in chaos, these disabilities may never be overcome. Structure is important in both diagnosis' if I recall correctly?

While I know Nadya could not have predicted the pregnancy end in an octo birth, I do believe the intention was to have as many babies as possible. IMO she was Dr Kamrava's (sp?) personal guinea pig. That could explain why her health, mental and physical were of no consideration as far as the doctor/procedure is concerned? I hope they investigate the doctor.

I will worry about the children born to Nadya, but I will not visit sites nor watch a reality show about them should it occur. I'll pray that Nadya figures out something based in reality before she's out of money and the help all leaves.

Dr Phil revealed that 2 other children (not the octo babies) might also be autistic.

I was looking for Nadya Suleman's birthdate, and I couldn't find it. However, there was a blog posting that said "I swear she's a Cancer, with all those kids". Somebody else chimed in: we don't know that, but we do know that she is 33 and therefore born in the Chinese Year of.......

Two more babies have left the hospital.

Her video on radar says that she's gotten her nannies through Merry Poppins. It's a referral agency. Their website says full time nannies $10-15 an hour. Nadya said she has 5 during the day and 4 at night, but said that she includes herself so figure 7 nannies with 12 hour shifts. That would be $840-1260 a day.

respectfully snipped Boyzmum...I think Nadya has already taken a huge bite from the poison apple and with her maturity level and psyche problems (moo)... Her future will be made in exploiting her own children...whether that be radar online or reality shows or selling pictures and videos of them. Sick and twisted. The more I hear of this woman...I am just blown away with her irresponsibility... she is more concerned with the "taxpayers" than raising her own children!

But my suspicions are is that she cannot afford this at all! Whatever Radar is paying her and whatever was paid to her from England papers too, will not even amount to 1 million dollars. IF she bought that house herself, she'll be running out of money shortly.

At the way she runs her entire life, she will not succeed in anything, including keeping her kids.

I'm just sick to my stomach that one of the children will unfortunately have to be harmed dramatically before all those kids are pulled from the home. It sure sounds like Dr Phil was changing his tune about the bio moms rights and the crap she's been pulling.

I watched both days of Dr Phil.
IIRC, Nadya hired the nannies. The AIW nurses saw the raised skin on them. Nadya said it was ok for them to be in the room with the kids as long as they wore masks but they didn't.

I think Dr Phil feels taken advantage of. From the last 2 days shows, I'm almost sure he sides with AIW. I do think he knows that things were blown out of proportion by Gloria Allred. I'm not sure how I feel about the transparency, with anyone else, we don't have to answer to the world about what we do with our children; why should she? Her kids really are none of our business. But on the other hand, she is making it our business..

He read statements by Kaiser & DYFS. He spoke to Nadyas attorney and that taxpayers are paying for Kaiser to train the nannies. He said that yes the bathrooms were in bad shape and that she had to replace a tub and work on plumbing due to leaking. She didn't buy a large jacuzzi but replaced the same size that was in there.

My opinion.. if she has enough money to pay nannies and buy that house, she should also be charged for the hospital stay. I think she needs to stay in her house and stop feeding the media but she won't because she enjoys it.

She knew the babies were being released, she should have made sure that she had nothing planned for a few weeks; but she didn't. According to AIW there was a few nights she came home at midnight with shopping bags.

I think it's really crappy that she hasn't spent much time with the babies, and using the BS about not feeling comfortable in her own home is BS.

I think it's a matter of time before her attorney quits.

Oh I think her atty is an a$$ and will be there for the long run. He is just another money grabbing piece of s$$t that has a money maker by the tail and is going to ride it until the end. He has no principles or morals. He out for himself. He and Nadya make a good team.

The nurses from AIW also said that Nadya came home at midnight carrying GAP bags. WHAt? No diapers or baby items? Give me a break. This woman knew early on at least by her 3 month that she was having at LEAST 6 babies. SO why had she not gotten cribs for them, loads of diapers, baby wipes etc? She KNEW she had a money maker on her hands and she was going to take full advantage of the situation. She just got more than she bargained for when she had 8. She is bilking the state of CA and other taxpayes and the public for all she can get. She makes me sick. I cannot understand WHY she is not being made to pay for the hospital bills of all those children, as well as the money she has been bilking from the gov for food stamps and also being investigated and prosecuted for the FALSE disability claim she filed and was awarded money for. This woman is only out for herslef and WHAT she can get. They sais last night on JVM that Nadya will make over 1 million by the end of the year by JUSt by the things she has going on right now. SHe is a con artist, and a thief. Those poor babies are caught in this mess and something should be done about it.

Of course a positive PPD could mean TB, however there are countless positive PPDs for every case of TB. I used to work at a University. While there we likely tested 10,000 students. I can't tell you how many positive PPDs we had. We also had countless people we didn't due a PPD on because they had the vacine in their country which would automatically give a positive PPD. Over my years there, we saw one case of TB (which was an active case assumed to be TB before the xrays were even back). The likelyhood of 3 positive PPD nannies all having TB is very low. The likelyhood that one had TB is a real concern, but I'm sure they reviewed the risk factors such as where they've lived, exposure etc. until the xrays came back. I don't think they should have been allowed in the house if there was a question. However, I think it is a very strong assumption to say that because they have a positive PPD they have TB. It is like the square rectangle thing. All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares. If you have TB, you'd have a positive PPD, but not all positive PPDs are TB.

While I know that positive tb skin tests do not always mean TB, please know that in America we are having outbreaks of small pox, polio, whooping cough and other child hood diseases that we had all but erradicated. WHy? Illegal aliens and immigrants are NOT vaccinated for these diseases so they sneak over and then expose our children with these diseases again. Just another reason we need stiffer border patrol. These nannies are all from spanish speaking countries and I would be willing to bet probably illegal. That being said I would also bet that Merry Poppins hires them (obviously) and does NOT have them tested. I would like to know what kind of a screening and background check Merry Poppins actually does? I know I would NOT let them watch my children.

I had only seen all 6 together in a couple of pictures.

We can't ask Nadya where the kids are, I'm sure she doesn't know most of the time... :sick:

I wonder about autism- is there any chance that the IVF procedure could "harm" the embryo's resulting in autism? (Dr. K. stitches the embryo onto the uterine lining). Since I don't exactly understand autism, this could be a far fetched question... sorry.

Also, the theory on the kids not receiving adequate stimulation, is very interesting. ITA with your opinion of Nadya's time spent mothering. She certainly has lived a busy life with school, etc... during the early years of the lives of the "original 6".

For 3 of 6 children to be "disabled", that's a hard row to hoe, but if it's speculated that 2 more could be autistic, plus the octuplets, I don't know any mother who could take it. God bless these children....

Has there been discussion of the police escort last night with the 6th baby arrival? This woman is not a celebrity, yet now the LAPD is treating her as such. Why didn't Nadya move to a gated community and hire Security 1st. The Nannies 2nd and then allow Radaronline.com to interview in the backyard away from the kids? I think it was estimated that it would cost $135,000 a month to care for the 8 preemies. Is Nadya going to do a reality show for the next 18 years????
