A California woman says being ticketed for honking her car horn violates her right to free speech.

Carol Harris is appealing the $143 citation for "unreasonable use of horn." She says she was only showing her support for picketing hotel workers. Harris says she beeped her horn three times before she was pulled over. She was among nearly 40 motorists ticketed.
