^Critical thinking. You obviously don't have it.

Get a clue: Best predictor of present and future behavior is PAST behavior.

We know how vindictive Dina is. Look at the way she has proceeded to vilify and slander Rebecca five years AFTER Rebecca's heinous murder.

Dina exhibits the same predictive hyperbolic behavioral pattern in these lawsuits too. It is most evident she was definitively involved in instigating the sexual harassment suits against Jonah Shacknai and his businesses. I'm willing to bet she went all out in locating any and all job candidates and staff whom she could BUY testimonies from to wag their nasty fingers at Jonah and get the class action going.

Why? Because Dina's a vindictive, low-class, crude, depraved b*tch with no conscience, AND Jonah was not willing to help her squirm out of the Zahau WDS. Yes, she is THAT repulsive and repugnant a creature, and as Betty P says above, a "low class pig".

^ You are simply proving again that your obsessive hate for Max's mother is not founded in reality.

The only vindictive people in this case are the Zahaus who are trying to frame innocent people of murder in a suicide case - with Mary Zahau the as lynch mob ringleader - and their followers that are strangly obsessed with a woman who hurt a child then took her own life - rather than answer questions from Detectives and Child Protective Services - all to make some money in a Cvil case.

Screecher and Waitaminute, you two are correct. Dina is likely involved in opening the cat in the bag for the Valeant lawsuit which also charges Jonah Shacknai of "sexual harassment" amongst other things. Note the LHKitty blog that was founded solely to soil Rebecca Zahau and her family's name? Well, check this article out (link below) wherein the name "Kitty Cat" is directly cited.

"One of the lead plaintiffs, Bonnie Brown, said her supervisor [Jonah Shacknai] at Medicis created nicknames for female employees such as “Kitty Cat” and “Ice Queen” and said she witnessed male employees make sexual advances toward their female counterparts at business functions.

Remember back in the day whilst Jonah Shacknai and his first bride were honeymooning? He had stated (according to Kimberly) perhaps they should not have gotten married or something similar? Perhaps she was one of many who were called "Ice Queen"?

And "Kitty Cat"....WOW.....Kitty cats loved to be stroked, validated, (just as Dina seems to need) but when hurt and/or really pi$$ed off, better watch out. They go crazy with rage and are the nastiest creatures on the earth. They do unbearable damage.

Yeppers. We all know how Dina Romano reacts when raging.

Thanks, bourne.

BBM

I believe this to be true. After all, she did buy off an 'expert'.

If you actually read the article and court papers, you will see that the names "kittycat" and "icequeen" were referring to sales reps that worked in the company from April 15, 2008 - Dec. 10, 2012. So those names would not have been referring to either Kimberly or Dina. Facts do matter.

I guess Rebecca wasn't the love of Jonah's life afterall, was she? Maybe she started learning Shibari to try to keep his sexual interest after he started cheating on her - and before she "accidented" Max, and then took her own life to avoid the questions and consequences.

Lucy,

Why do you have such contempt for a dead woman? Personally, I find your repeated character assissinations of Rebecca to be beyond bizzare. Are you willing to share why, after so much time, you have such a personal stake in this case?

What's most interesting is when a person states the cause of death of one person is "murder" and the Sheriff's Dept report is wrong, while at the same time staying the Sheriff's Dept report about another person being suicide is 100% accurate.

Boy, the Shibari thing just keeps rearing its little ugly head, doesn't it? I'm thinking the Shibari thing plays a significant role in the mind(s) of Rebecca's murderer(s). Maybe it was supposed to speak loudly and clearly to the "investigators" into RZ's death, but when that didn't work out, well ... let's just say there seems to be a rather urgent need to keep mentioning it. Out of the clear blue sky, it keeps coming up.

Well put, indeed. It appears that the lead murderer allowed her prejudice and/or jealousies to manifest themselves in the manner of extinguishing Rebecca's life IMO.

Good question that speaks volumes.

^ It is not character assassination to state the true facts of this case.

The TRUE facts are:

- Rebecca's little sister arrived on Sunday for a three week visit.

- Early posters said that she found proof he was cheating on her when Jonah went to the gym.

- Max had his "accident" around 10 am Monday, then he was admitted to the ICU.

- Rebecca said she gave him CPR when she did not.

- Jonah's father and brother, and Dina's sister were called to come if they could.

- Nina arrived Monday evening. Rebecca picks her up, but will not talk about what happened to Max.

- Tuesday morning Rebecca boards the dog. She is quiet and doesn't say much when the dog is picked up.

- She takes her sister shopping, then sends her home - without informing the Detective that was working on Max’s case.

- Tuesday, the Doctors at Rady’s determine that Max's injuries do not match the story that Rebecca gave, and call Child Protective
Services to investigate.

- Adam arrives that afternoon. She picks him up.

- They go to the hospital, then out with Jonah to get something to eat. She is quiet and will not talk about what happened to Max.

- She and Adam get back at 8 pm. The both say they are going to bed and part ways.

- Rebecca sends out some text messages.

- Nina calls her to ask again about Max's accident, butt Rebecca does not call Nina back- even with lttle Max lying in tthe ICU.
Nina comes to the house and knocks on the door, but Rebecca refuses to answer.

- Rebecca takes a shower.

- She gets out of shower and listens to a message from Jonah.

- He probably tells her she is going to be investigated and to move out of the mansion until the investigation is completed.

- She is angry, hurt that Jonah is not standing by her, and does not want to be investigated because she - at the very least - staged the accident scene while Max lay there without air. She wants to make Jonah sorry. She wants to punish him.

- She decides to kill herself like the heroine does in the movie, the Housemaid, and uses her knowledge book she has on "Knot Tying Practices" to tie the knots.

- She completes all the steps in her suicide, then falls over the balcony. The entire sequence probably takes an hour or less.

- She believes that Jonah will come check on her when she does not call him back, and that he will come in the front door and up the stairs and find her crazy note she painted on the door.

- Instead, Adam finds her early the next morning when he steps out into the courtyard to go get some coffee.

- He calls 911, and in a frantic panic, cuts her down at their instructions.

- Medical arrives and she is pronounced dead.

- Mary Zahau contacts Anne Bremner (or vice versa) and tells her to go to as manty news outets she can to say she will never believe it is a suicide just 9 days after the death and before the police investigation has barely even begun. Mary does this with glee.

- Mary and her followers systematically begin to try to frame innocent people for a Civil case.

- The death is fully investigated by four agencies for almost two months and is determined to be a suicide. The physical evidence proves only Rebecca was responsible.

- Mary digs Rebecca up for a sweeps week special, and has a 2nd autopsy performed in a manner that cannot be used in a court of law.

- Anne Bremner has her best friend, Ann Rule write a story about the deaths to serve as propaganda for the Zahaus and spreads many of their lies concerning the case.

- Mary continues to trash the Shacknais in the paper every chance she gets. She, her family, and her followers spend hours daily commenting that Dina is a murderer, and spreading the most evil, depraved, sickening, cruel, and trashy rumors they can about her, her sister, and the entire Shacknai family.

- The Attorney General reviews the case twice and finds no reason to reopen the case.

- Mary runs a campaign that asks "the internet to solve the crime". The one that has already been solved by real detectives.

- She then finds a lawyer that is unscrupulous enough to concoct a salacious and tawdry story and take it to Civil Court for $10 million.

- They then keep delaying the case, and don't even call depositions for almost 1000 days.

- It is clear that the Zahaus have no evidence whatsoever for their preposterous claims. it is also clear from Mary"s deposition that she has an extreme hatred of Dina and Jonah's family that comes directly from Rebecca. It is clear Rebecca was hateful and vindictive towards Dina, and actually resentful of Max.

- It is clear that not only was Rebecca responsible for Max's accident, but that Mary Zahau is now also trying to punish the
Shacknai family for irrational and evil reasons. And $$$$$$$$$$$$$.

So, again, not character assassination at all, just the true story of Rebecca and Mary Zahau.

^You exhibit very crippled, unnuanced, simplistic logic.

Nicknames can be and are frequently reused over and over and over again in the course of a person's life, especially if they hold special meanings for that person. If Jonah had used "Kitty Cat" and "Ice Queen" to depict two women in his life, namely Dina and Kimberly, chances are he reused them to describe other women as well. That includes women in the past and women in the present, and future.

Take a breather folks.

Personal attacks are going to result in lengthy TOs.

Tiring and those of your participating have all been warned before now.
