Barbara is listed as 5'0" (UID estimate of 5'3")
Barbara was 55 when she disappeared (UID estimate of 35 to 55 years old)
Barbara is from Montana (UID found in Wyoming)
Barbara disappeared in 2007 (UID found in 2010 with 3 year postmortem interval)

Barbara has no DNA or dentals in NamUs, so LE would have to get on that before a comparison could be made.
I'm inclined to call this in. Thoughts?

Could be. I'd say it's worth calling in.

The Albany County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman’s remains that were found north of Laramie two years ago.

The remains of Jane Doe 2010 were found Sept. 9, 2010, by a sheepherder on Warren Livestock Co. property near Roger Canyon Road.

“The autopsy report indicated the mummified skeletal remains were that of a female subject between the ages of 30 and 50,” Det. Cpl. William Meyer said.

“This gal was small in stature … based on some clothing and stuff around (the scene),” Meyer added. “I’m thinking anywhere from 105 to 120 pounds and, probably, between 5-foot-2 and 5-foot-4.”

The autopsy indicates Jane Doe 2010 was in Roger Canyon as early as the fall of 2009 or as late as the spring of 2010, Meyer said.

The sheriff’s office was able to obtain dental X-rays, while the Wyoming State Crime Lab rehydrated Jane Doe 2010’s fingertips to provide a full set of fingerprints, Meyer said.

Bless their hearts! They are trying really hard to send her home to her loved ones!

Here's another article with more information.

If she could speak, Jane Doe 1999 might tell you her hopes and dreams.

She might share the excitement she felt when her first-born child said “Mommy,” or she might talk about landing her first job after school.

She might also tell you what happened when, more than 20 years ago, someone took her life and dumped and scattered her body in a mountainous area west of Laramie.

The remains of Jane Doe 1999, which a hiker found, belong to this woman.

Kudos to Sandy Mays for such an awesome reconstruction!
It sounds like she was a very kind woman.
RIP Rose

I take it that Rosella Lovell was another one who hadn't been reported missing?

I found an obituary for a woman in Spokane Washington that had 12 children. One of them being Rosella Lovell. If she had never married and changed her name, this would fit as some of the family were still in Idaho as of 2005. Could someone get it to the Albany County Wyoming Sheriffs office? all they have is a phone number and I am not comfortable calling. Here is the link.

It sounds like there was nobody to report her, which is really sad. I'm glad the sheriff's department seems to be taking her disappearance and death seriously.
