Danielle's family is offering a $5000 reward for her return. This reward is not for information, but for her return. Apparently they have received many false leads. They are hoping that whoever is holding out will be motivated by the reward.

Here are two news reports about the reward. The one from KIEM says that Danielle was last seen getting into a vehicle in the Swain's Flat area. Maybe I'm confused, but I thought she was last seen getting into a vehicle in the Campton Heights area of Fortuna and was said to have been dropped off in Swain's Flat...but not seen. Is this new info or news media error?

Danielle where are you?? Seemingly very little news coverage, but there are people that do care...
 
Here is a link to a T-shirt fundraising page for Danielle. This has a detailed summary of the case so far from the family's point of view. It has to be considered rumor, but it has some interesting info. Apparently the same person was the last to see both Danielle and the other missing woman Sheila Franks. He is said to be a former highschool classmate of one of the deputies investigating. The family says that they have searched in dangerous places and found Danielle's bloody t-shirt. They are very frustrated with what they see as apathy on the part of LE. But they are not giving up.

I definitely understand her loved ones frustrations.. I mean to know that the person who gave Danielle a ride and was last person known to have been with her..to know that Danielle's belongings are still with this person, yet Danielle has not been seen or heard from since has got to be extremely upsetting and frustrating due to it not being enough for LE to pursue this individual..

I can't even imagine the difficulty of the situation that her loved ones are forced to deal with at this time..and I really question LE claiming they can't pursue this lead with him being the last person known to be with the victim, IMO, most times is enough to warrant atleast getting the ball rolling investigating the individual. IDK, without he full story I guess its difficult to judge whether LE is doing all they can, or not..

Definitely seems as though there is a lot going on in this particular area, and makes me think it may be very difficult to find anyone willing to talk if they do know anything, kwim?

Sounds like swains flat was last known place she was seen?
 
I really have to hand it to Danielle's family. The are tenacious, determined, and vocal.

In the post on FB April 17, they say they are not leaving without knowing what has happened to Danielle. They have been told several different horrible stories about what has happened to her and are begging someone to come forward with information. They can be contacted anonymously if the witness is afraid. There is a $5000 reward for her return.

I hope their hard work pays off.

Here is a link to an interview on KMUD with the mother of Danielle and the sister of Sheila Franks, both missing around the same time in Humboldt. They were both last seen with the same man about a week apart. He did not report either of them missing. This confirms the rumor I posted about in post 27. They name the man, but I won't post it since as far as I know, he has not been named a POI.
