Stomach content show no recent ingestion of the drug - Fuller

12:09pm Recap: "The key to the trial is in fact what's building on this man here. What's changing in his life over the period of time that we've looked at? What pressure have been brought to bear by his wife, by Toni McHugh and by the drama he was having in his business," Mr Fuller said.

"The Crown says the killing was this man's reaction to a particular set of circumstances that accumulated over time, a set of circumstances which, with respect, were of his own making."

12:23pm: Mr Fuller reminded the jury two forensic toxicologists said it was unlikely Mrs Baden-Clay was adversely affected by the antidepressant drug Sertraline, sold as Zoloft.

Even forensic toxicologist Dr Michael Robertson, who was called by the defence, said the level of the drug found in Mrs Baden-Clay's body was not consistent with Sertraline-related deaths.

Prosecutor Todd Fuller - it seems once you've had a diagnosis of depression, people are able to use it against you forever

Kate Kyriacou @KateKyriacou · 33s

Fuller says Gerard told police he knew nothing about Allison's sertraline, had been searching the house for it. #badenclay

Fuller says police found it in the Captiva. A foil inside. Ten tablets, all empty. Does that scream of an overdose? #badenclay

Fuller: She doesn't take the tablets with her, no suggestion of that. #badenclay

Kate Kyriacou @KateKyriacou · 3s

Fuller says the box contained 30 tablets. She'd had the box for over 30 days. #badenclay

Fuller: You might think she has taken the last tablet close to the 19th of April. #badenclay

The Baden-Clay clan have a lot to answer for, they persisted with the lie that Allison was depressed and on the verge of suicide for 15yrs. jmo

I really hate to introduce stuff at this late stage that members have no doubt discussed previously, but were Allison’s house keys on the Captiva key fob?

If she went walking without house keys, how did she propose to get back into the house? Did she have to knock? Or was the door left unlocked when others were home?

Were the defendant or the daughters questioned about Allison’s usual practice in gaining entry to the house upon returning from walking?
