Weird - for some reason I imagined he would be driven. I assume that's not just a regular passenger plane?

I don't have the twitter link on hand but yesterday it was said by some news station he was coming by commercial airliner. Glad I wasn't heading back from a vacation in Galvaston today...

I have still not seen anything about a presser today, I am monitoring twitter the same as other days, when a presser has been announced there is usually several tweets immediately, today, nothing. All the tweets recently are about JLM's flight back from TX.

Can someone clarify? If there is a presser announced can you please provide a valid link as it's getting late here TIA :)

I can't see too well but it looks like a fokker or a cityhopper type plane, often used for domestic flights by some airlines.

No presser today. It was just a mix up on days

So I have a hunch they found her shoes at least, there looks to have been a tip called on that. Maybe that will focus the search, but nobody knows what evidence has actually been found as far as I know.

Where were the shoes found?

Oh I don't know. It was probably safest flight in the air today, him no doubt being surrounded by state/local/federal police and marshalls.

No idea where or even if found and its probably better that way unless publicly announced.

Question: many of the vets here are letting us newbies know that any additional evidence may or most like will not be shared with general public, which is good to know. But what about DNA evidence linking him to any other cases? Will they at least tell us they have something and announce additional charges?

I'm hoping that they will because that would have major implications and help to calm a public still upset by unsolved murders and missing persons cases.

I know how you guys wanting the general threads kept feel. My first experience with sub-forums was when I was a newbie following the Mickey Shunick case. When they first went to sub-forums, I feared that I would never find my way around and would lose many of my new "friends" here. But after only a day or so, I was breezing through them, and still sharing ideas with all of the same folks I had been earlier. After using them now through several cases here, I will admit that I actually like them. Each sub-forum keeps a particular theme so that you dont encounter so many people "chasing rabbits" and getting threads derailed for hours at a time. Some of you may be old enough to remember the commercial on tv....can't remember what it was for, but the catch phrase was "Tryyyyy it....you'll like it!" JMO

Life cereal.

They would announce it probably only if they could disconnect the cases from this one. JMO

Too far and too long to drive...especially with a criminal the size of JLM in the vehicle. Too many things could go wrong.

Also time is of the essence here, there is still a possibly of a miracle, no matter how slim.

Wow. Think of being on that flight. I have never seen a criminal being transported on a flight. He will have to be shackled. And coach, being 6' 2" will be fun for the guys thst have to sit by him.

The logistics really are something. I wonder what the passengers will think.

I was a flight attendant for 10 years. We regularly had prisoners being transported. They would always be boarded first and deplane last. Often they were brought up from the tarmac - not through the airport gate area itself. The escorts were (obviously) armed and they would usually allow prisoner to use restroom before other passengers were boarded. They would not allow him to stand up during the flight.

If there were an inflight meal, the prisoner would be served and would eat while still handcuffed. They were usually seated by a window with the deputies or LE escort seated in middle and aisle seats. There were many times that passengers were totally unaware of a handcuffed prisoner on board. I don't think that will be the case with JM as his face has been all over the news.

Just thought I would share my .02 of experience with transporting those in custody!
