Thanks Val, extremely interesting, isn't it? I mentioned before that I thought it was odd we hadn't heard anything about Travis' day (which could have been shown through his computer and phone usage, as in 'we know he was on the computer at this time, or on the phone at this point' and see how it jibed with her story of that) but except for the text he replied to C. Hughes at 12:15 p.m. everything else was relayed through the known-fibber JA.

We do know there were other texts and phone calls made to him that went unanswered, but we don't know the timing of when he ceased communication with anyone except her (and that's always seemed odd to me). But now we're told there was user-initiated Spybot activity at the same moment that picture was supposedly taken, one or the other must be faulty, the question is which, and how?

It's the one that made me wonder whether she's intersex. She has equipment I certainly don't have. It does make me wonder if the pic was deliberately left as a kiss my *** to whoever found it.

Anyone remember the name of the guy that went out partying with Jodi and Matt the night she spent with Matt before she went to Darryl's house to eat breakfast and borrow gas cans the next day? They went to a bar pretty late (IIRC) and ate only appetizers (that stuck out to me as I have always wondered wether she was doing some sort of speed or coke- she didn't eat much on her death trip from what I can tell).

I have always been really curious, actually perplexed, at how the media didn't hunt Matt Mcartney down or do a thorough investigation into his life, friends and associates around the time and later. This WAS big with the media and some pretty substantial investigative shows did stories. It was weird.

Where is Matt and why hasn't he spoken up- one way or the other?

I read something (somewhere today- can't remember which of the many posts or articles I read) that lamented if it was actually Daryl Brewer the magazine message was meant for. Although I thought it had been proven it was MM near or during trial. Anyhoo, I was watching all of Darryl's testimony during cross and his after verdict interview and during cross there was mention of him meeting with Leach (Robin?) and setting up or advising JA on interviews. So much to rethink.

There is much more to this story and we all have a good idea what it is. I wish it could be proven and someone could go down for it. I wonder if Matt's friend was some lowlife computer genius hack? Hmmmm.

Jodi was the one who took the picture of TA supposedly chasing a naked child around pretending he was a catholic priest. Jodi was the pornographer. She was the one who thought it was ok to photograph someone elses naked child. TA knew the child. She didn't. She talks all about this event in her post conviction interview with Troy Hayden? on Fox and how her DT wouldn't allow the picture to come into evidence in her defense. Now I know why. I also know why KN is her perfect lawyer.

Yea, and I think most people nowadays that are online are well aware that just opening an email can install a trojan/virus on your pc, not to mention if someone has actual access to it. There's also mention in one of TA and JA's msg's that refers to some old bf of JA's having a password and from the sounds of the conversation TA felt it compromised his security. Just wish it showed the date that this happened.

I think that was May 9/10, same date as the phone sex recording but a couple hours before or after - the Greenwich time thing has confused (for me) which came first, but his rant over Steve and 'let him tie you to a tree' has the same date as the recording (where T mentions this same activity), making the recording date highly interesting (like the pic and the Spybot dealie).

Who knows with that whole crowd, MM moved with JA(friends with benefits is a theme of hers it seems and you can bet the benefits aren't just for the men, room/board/cash/gas cans/ninja's/knives/etc) and they both worked for DB and wasn't PS one of the customers JA knew from there? As for MM, I'm hoping JM has all the info needed on him from checking out the forged letters MM and JA tried to pass off as TA's. Re the new MM, the one that has posted all over online that TA supposedly confided in... maybe he just wants a free flight back to the USA?

When she went before the public she was like a huge billboard but with very little written on it. That provided plenty of space for people to write in their own hopes and fears, and project what the end of the trial might possibly look like, something that appears in actuality ever more elusive, receding, and frustrating.

According to PS, it was before she went down to see MM and DB. He was a customer at the Ventana Inn where JA worked.

If she's ever given less than the DP, I will bitxh about it. Its a job...one I'd work harder for. I think there are laws that need changed especially on the defense credentials. Her experts are mostly self worthy in credibility. Where's the background check AZ? Where's the proof this trial is worthy of this farce of a defence? Doubt that will be answered...gah.

I watched a rerun of CBS 48 Hours Mystery. Nancy Kessel admitted to killing her husband Robert. They lived in Hong Kong, and I'm sure that many will recall this case, and that Robert's brother Andrew was killed later.

I tried unsuccessfully to find Robert's case on WS, and the episode on 48 Hours Mystery. Maybe another member can find a link.

I was amazed at how similar JA's defense matches Nancy's. The MO is different but both were violent murders.

Nancy (who was having an affair) claimed that she was the real victim. She killed her husband in self defense when he attacked her. He was abusive and was into *advertiser censored*. Unfortunately, she couldn't remember the details of when she killed him, because she only had partial memory of what happened.

She was an attractive, stylish woman (with bleached blonde hair) and those who knew her were shocked to see her appearance in Court. She appeared totally transformed--as unattractive as she could muster. Not sure if they had her sit in a lower chair back then.

I hope that you can find this episode. I had seen it before, but obviously didn't catch the relevance to JA's same defense. I'm sorry that I couldn't find a link.

If I got it right, Dworkin received the broken external HD on Oct.25, 2012. It was a 2.5" internal HD with a bag of relevant parts for an external HD case. He said it appears the HD used to be housed in it. He sent it out to be repaired. A representative of his office received a mirror image of the HD on Nov.5, 2012. He then proceeded to use Encase and other tools to try and process it. The top sectors(he referred to it as basically the file index) were damaged and unuseable, so with his other tools he had to search through the files without it until he found a previous backup on the drive and was then able to retrieve what was left. In that he found the penis pics, Evidence #393 and #394.

Now first of all, it was a HD from who.. JA? Second, he was unable to identify who the penis belonged to and in any case, they had been taken from a mirror image done by a third party shop.... now what I have yet to see, is the dates shown on the pics themselves, anyone catch that?

Iirc, this is also the HD where all JA's defence "proof"(phone messages, emails, sex tape, penis pics, whatever... oh and of course all the stuff that has been claimed was on this HD but magically can't be retrieved) came from... and it was received 4.5 YEARS after the murder with no chain of custody for that whole time that I heard. Does anyone have anymore info to fill in the blanks?
