Is there no end to the number of bad cops?

From the article in post 1, Reese blames the 16 year-old - whom he had complete power over.

According to the grand jury presentment, Reese told the grand jurors that he did have sex with the girl, but only once, and he didn’t remember when. He also said the victim allegedly was relentless and pressured him and he eventually gave in.

Poor cop - he was pressured into the interaction(s). Where is the higher standard in his mind? No so sure anymore that the bad ones are only a few.
