The Beatle's first signed recording contract has sold at auction in New York for $75,000. It came from the collection of German Uwe Blaschke and resulted in a song called 'My Bonnie'.

The contract was signed by the Beatles when they were in their original lineup that included Pete Best but not Ringo Starr. Except...there's a 'James Paul McCartney' there too. Who knew Paul is really James!
