#OscarPistorius lawyers expected to argue state appealed Judge Masipa factual findings, not legal ones. You can only appeal legal findings

And he was legally deemed guilty of murder unanimously and not just by a 1 person judge who was quick to be lenient by misinterpreting the law because she was jealous of Reeva. Jmo

no-one is a flight risk until they actually board the plane.
