notable pages of the search warrant are page 89-95 regarding the baseball bat. Tom stated that it was in the bedroom but the search warrant states it was kept in the garage which isn't attached to the house .

Remember the FB post Molly made about the "family" coming into the house when she was not home and taking "pictures of the children."

I notice on the search warrants (thank you all!) that the police took baseball pictures of the son with his bat. I wonder if Molly was trying to spin that to her audience. Could have been pictures taken with the search warrant.

I suspect so also stmarysmead. Also note on that particular warrant that no one was home when the search warrant was executed so I would hazard a guess that the police had to break in to gain access. MM started posting up that the guardians had broken into her house around mid December ish, they rifled through all her personal stuff, this search warrant was carried out on the 4th December.

Hmmm...could he have been given the trazadone to sedate him before the attack? I guess there will be a record of whether or not he was actually prescribed the medication or if it was another person's prescription...

Am I reading this right or does it appear that TM tried to take full responsibility for the "donnybrook." There seems to be no mention of Molly's participation...at least that I've seen so far.

If that's the "story", obviously the police didn't believe it and the evidence did not support it.

Did I miss reference to Molly being in the fight?

Yes Tom does take the blame for all as far as I can see. Im really sorry I had all the pdfs but I thought ye had seen them as they were referenced to. These are the guardianship documents not sure if ye seen those looks like it was a real battle . https://static.rasset.ie/documents/news/corbett-order.pdf

Again re baseball bat, have you noticed molly dusplayed pictures of the childrens' clothes with the bat sleeve/cover. I am wondering why this was not taken by the police as it is likely it would have had fingerprints, I am assuming the bat was stored within its sleeve in the garage on the night of the murder?

No proof has been released yet that i can find whether or not he actually moved the 60k to another account. Talk of it though was a reason enough for a search warrant for their financials. I guess this is being saved for trial. I believe text/email communication between all parties in the lead up to this will give a good picture of what was going on.

Good point! I had thought the same when I saw the picture. In the search warrant for the house it stated they were looking to retrieve a gear bag from the garage but when they list what they took the bag wasn't mentioned so I wonder was it there at all. The sleeve is odd without a bat.

Yes i found that kind of spiteful in a sneaky way that she took that picture and displayed it. I also found it strange that cops didn't take it same as you as it surely would have had to be removed from the case .

there was ample time to remove anything that could be evidence, regrettably..

That looks very short to be a baseball bat cover to me. If that is Jack's tee shirt, it is not even as long as his tee shirt is wide.

What would it be do you think ?
I'm probably wrong - I looked up Youth Baseball Bat sleeve just now, and these were the dimensions:

Fits 2 1/4" to 2 3/4" barrels. 9" long synthetic rubber.

So if it is only 9 inches long, I guess the sleeve is only meant to cover the top of the bat.

I was surprised to learn that there are very many deaths per annum by baseball bat.. these stats are a tad dated, but interesting that it is a common weapon of choice..http://www.snopes.com/politics/guns/baseballbats.asp
I dont think there is baseball in Ireland, not sure, so its not a weapon of choice in blunt force murders here.
My difficulty in obtaining up to date research is due to the NRA debate comparing guns to other weapons in homicide.

On page 13 of the Search Warrant it states (under description of evidence to be seized) "All related information concerning any Internet Address and any internet connections, sites, or any Internet Account Service Provider, Account Numbers, Electronic Messages, Printed Polices and Payment Information and any documents showing the ownership of such page". Would this include MM's Instagram Account or is it strictly related to FB?

Also having read the 4 page Medical Examiners Preliminary Summary; it states the bedroom had a large amount of blood on the floor, splatter on the walls and furniture and pieces of tissue and scalp was visible on the floor. This (imo) is not indicative of 'self-defence' but an all out attack and made for upsetting and chilling reading.
