While JR might not be able to offer testimony to nail Mark, he will be able to offer testimony to help bump CWW'S charges to 1st degree murder. Once the death penalty is on the table, CWW is a lot more likely to squeal on his brother from another mother.
 
When they had the doc dump that included JRR Facebook posts...one of things that stood out to me was he was "tattling" to someone about a guy who had stolen things and where the stolen items could be found. There was no incentive on the table he was just bragging about what he knew about the guy. It gives me hope.

Good point!!! Thanks! I have had worries that anything JR has had to offer, considering the evidence released so far, would only be considered hearsay in court. But I didn't consider this angle, now I'm feeling a bit more reassured.

Mine is for United Stated District Court. Oh dear, I just see where I am "on call" for one month! I think both juries are in the same building though? If we both have to show up on the same day, maybe go to lunch?
 
I wish they would stop calling JRR "the hammer"...it's a nick name he gave himself...so egotistical ...he doesn't deserve to be called anything but his legal name. I feel the same about about CWW...I don't care what his friends call him....JMO (grrrrr)

I don't have a problem with CWW being called Wayne since that is basically his middle name and what he must have used most of his life. However, I totally agree on the nickname chosen by JRR. (not even going to repeat it).

I keep thinking their names are really Larry, Moe and Curly. I can't figure out who is who though.
