I was doing a little digging to find out when the church was built. I used Google Earth Pro, which has a historical image feature and I was able to determine the Church was built sometime between October 2005 and October 2008.

I'm wondering if any locals could give some input. When I was looking at the towns zoning meeting minutes it appears the property across the street was used as some kind of wedding venue? I recall reading the owners wanting to put up a fence. With that said, if I were the perp, I wouldn't want my vehicle on the church property to tie me to the crime scene. So, I would have parked in the trees next to the property across the street where there appears to be a driveway. I would have crossed the street having been covered or hidden by the fence ran along the fence line and into the neighboring lot where my vehicle was awaiting me. It wouldn't have looked odd in my opinion, for someone to have pulled off the road there since it was raining heavily. Most people would think it was someone who pulled over to wait out the rain storm or at least until the rain lightened up.

3rd shows arial view of secondary driveway with tire tracks in the dirt beyond, so a car could easily hide out of view. Who came home with a lot of mud on their car, the morning of April 18?

So if the suspect had someone on the inside switch them off then he would have killed her in the parking lot and never been filmed. But the last minute change of plans meant go inside and be on camera and he decided to go with the disguise.

Or he could have just attacked her outside, before she went in. Rain or not.

Maybe SwatPerp got in that unidentified car, and took off his gloves, helmet, and police shirt. Then SwatPerp looked like an average, normal person driving down the road, at 4:35 am. Maybe he/she went home and washed the clothing and helmet.

It would be possible for someone with a plane ticket to enter the secure part of airport and hand off their ticket to someone else, who then boards the plane as that individual. Then the person whose name was on the ticket leaves airport. The other person would have to have a ticket to get through security, but tickets cane be cancelled. And they don't Check ID when boarding plane. JMO

Maybe that's why they are having money problems. It's a disease and a lot of gamblers will stop at nothing to get money to feed it. I thought on NG they said police had receipts from casinos too. Which still doesn't prove he went into casino and didn't land, rent car and make a B-line back to TX. Anyone could have used his ATM cards all over Biloxi

Few questions:

Did Missy have a key to the church that she kept in her possession all the time? or would she have to retrieve this key on a as needed basis?
How much access do members of the church have of the parts of the church that were shown on the surveillance?
Was there no alarm to the church? Was it just off for Missy being there?
What other non church activities take place at that church on a regular schedule?

Few thoughts:

If Missy was having an affair, she would have to have a place to meet. If the church was one of these meeting places, she would not have been alarmed to see a car in the parking lot as she arrived.

Whomever killed her had to have some knowledge of the layout of the church. This person either had to have been there before, or had to have reason to be there to get the basic layout of the place.

I think if you order a hitman/woman you can specify how the person will be killed.

I think it must have been a man that killed her. She is too fit and probably strong for a overweight woman with a funny gait to have pulled that off. I think she could have and probably did put up a fight. This also makes me think it's more than likely she may have been shot as well. Element of surprise, shoot, then do whatever damage was done.

I also think it might have been someone who was stalking her. Someone who knew her every move. This could be why it is taking so long to arrest anyone.

Everything is just my opinion.

MB had the church keys so the campers would have access to water fountains and the bathrooms. Thus, MB was going inside the building, rain or shine.

Church was not alarmed. Most are not. Alarms don't work well for most churches and how they operate. Unfortunately.

They had a blood drive there that same week.

Interesting but rue. Women and Hitmen get special treatment when it comes to knocking people off.

Stalker stays on my list (#4 or 5). Very possible. Stalker might have been someone she's known for a while. Their behavior is often unpredictable. Esp in light of her stopping going to Anytime Fitness. If she changed her whole workout routine for someone on the SW list (who suddenly joined), I'll move that person up on my list immediately.
Church isn't that big or complicated. In 10-15 minutes of walking around, if you have any sense of direction, you've got it mapped in your head. It's constructed straight and simple. People over estimate the familiarity angle IMO. They also, IMO, overestimate the fighting capability of the victim. She worked out for general health and also for show (frequently flexing in photos). As opposed to any kind of combat purpose (fighting, football, etc.). She was 5'3 and rather slim actually. The perp was estimated 6 inches taller (and visually I'm thinking 40-50 lbs heavier). Throw in a weapon and the element of surprise and this wasn't a fair fight.
I'm a guy but having a car parked outside wouldn't make me think "danger." There's someone inside wanting to murder me - unless she's been stalked or received messages, which she did. I'd think "car pooler" or something like that.

Perp must know well or have cased the church prior to 18th. With so little time to get in, kill her and leave they couldn't risk not knowing exactly which port of entry to use.

We have no idea how long Suspect was inside the church. Just that first caught on video at 350am (well they said approx 10 til 4 so very poss they rounded it up. I be glad when we get exact time stamp time) So honestly had all the time in the world. Got in, tore up stuff, Murdered MB and Left... And did not appear one bit rushed at all. JMHO

These ideas may be far fetched and troubling but I think there are still many things we don't know and LE could be keeping from the public (so pls go easy on me). All are JMO:
1. maybe SP used a piece of the broken glass in addition to the object in hand in video? It seems like this was person with a great deal of rage involved so maybe the goal wasn't just to kill MB but also to maim her in the process?
2. another thought I had was maybe SP had handcuffs and proceeded to "arrest" MB before killing her to give SP some sick satisfaction of briefly being able to scare her prior to killing her? Probably would take too much time and not be as practical as a "surprise" attack but I'm trying to think outside the box, per se..
3. Maybe the saran wrap object was indeed Saran Wrap and that was used to strangle her first .. Or maybe Saran Wrap used in some way to attempt to prevent dna transfer/blood spatter in some way..

No, the guest was talking about BB's odd statements made while answering questions fielded by the press after the original press conference. I've never seen those videos, so it was the first time I'd heard that mentioned. I was kinda late to the game on this one.

I an see how the facts could have been misunderstood in the midst of a panicked phone call. I wonder if BB originally thought he was told she was in an accident, or if he was told of the attack initially and his mom misunderstood what BB said to her.

It's also a possibility that - whoever the perp is - had a hard time telling people that she was murdered. A bit of a guilty conscience for example.
