IMHO - After reading the garbage in the calendar entries and texts, I believe that any mention of CWW was purely a set up for the guy who was going

I agree with you Todalu! All fabricated lies made up in his evil little mind. I bet he got a kick out of himself, he thought he was so clever. And why keep all these crazy texts? Why not just delete them after awhile. Because he wanted to re-read and re-live his fantasies I suppose and set the stage for future evil doings.

37240: One of females texts she's at a salon and mentions grey hair. He asks “where?” then immediately texts again “Whoops, I shouldn't have sent that one” They go back and forth and he's just so inappropriate in all ways. Ugly, desperate buffoon.

Bright side: I see some pages of texts or messages that are clearly marked [deleted] so LE can recover some! Yay for the digital brains! I haven't coordinated anything yet like dates or people, I'm just reading through it first.

YES FL... LE tech can not only recover deleted messages, contacts, notes, calendars, etc from phones, pads & pod touch devices directly they can also extract & restore lost data form iTunes, iCloud and other 'cloud' type backup/storage apps. With this ability, I would say they can do lots with burner phones. We've been living digital from some time now---there are still paper trails BUT digital trails seem to never die.

Was storage bldg a repository for MS's dirty little incriminating secret(s), or was it just for Barb(whoever she was, I've forgotten)? IDK. Storage building. Hmmm. We've seen cases where a storage locker/bldg was a treasure trove for LE seeking evidence of a person's involvement in a crime - w evd of premeditation of and/or coverup after the crime. JM2cts.

Any Missouri folks know if Mark participated in threesomes prior to being with Teresa? When I first started reading the pages where the two of them were in the seven day challenge ( I guess it turned into 16 days from texts) Mark lamenting Teresa wanting to bring a man into their bed I actually felt sorry for him. I thought to myself- gosh, this is where their marriage went off the rails but then there is talk of the women they brought into their bed and how at one point Teresa fell in love with one of them and my head came back down to the planet.

Two separate transactions to avoid reporting deposits over $10,000 is called "structuring" and has cost people their businesses even when the deposits were normal and legit, as in cash receipts from a mom-and-pop restaurant. The government requires banks to report such "structuring."

Whoo doggies, hang on to yer deposit slips people.... used to be the cap on tax free 'gift' $ was $10,000 then was raised to $11,000 around 2005 or 06. Also, not sure what raises an IRS flag now vs yrs ago but used to be typically when $10,000 (or that plus) showed up at the bank window---or was that for wds . IQuestion would know that for sure, among others here. You do need to be specific about incoming vs out-going between biz & personal home $$. Especially if you have losses which effect your biz tax-wise &/or personal income.

Yes, but when you 'gift' $ you mark that/those checks as just that... 'gift'. Then the giftee doesn't have to pay income tax on that ( or capped) gift amount----on the flip side, the 'gifter' records out-going 'gifts' as such. IRS can check both sides for accuracy---if it comes up. Correct me if I'm wrong. I know people who do this, with their kids including spouses, to reduce their estate for tax purposes---max amount giftable check to each person (3 married kids & spouses = 6 gift checks).

Here's what gets me.... 'seacrest' is within these given phone ids----I've seen 2 so far. It looks like a last name until you see it could be a 2nd last name, which it's not. So.... anyone here have any ideas WHY this 'seacrest' is part of the id as it is relevant to the account with the provider UNLESS I'm way off here (which wouldn't be my first time!)

Possibly where they met - MS puts hints in the names so he can remember who they are - good idea if you've got several people with same or similar names. If I'm reading the Content page of the Bates files correctly, he's got over 8700 contacts? How is that even possible...

Mark was skimming money for himself by any means necessary. He would get a great deal but tell TS it was full price while he pocketed the rest.

Example. Your I.T guy for the doctors office lives states away. Then your wife has to pick up food for him when he comes to town to fix things that should have been fixed the last time.

I'm just surprised that our girl didn't put the kids in school and make Mark get a job with his degree and outsource everything else.

I believe that the "Seacrest" reference is related to Seacrest Country Day School in Naples. My children attended the school at the same time as the Sievers' girls. I remember Mark Sievers very clearly, and not favorably at all. I believe they attended for at least 2012 and 2013 before leaving. I know one of the ladies mentioned was a Seacrest Mom and the other one looks familiar. Maybe he used Seacrest as a way to remind him of how he knew people?

Yes, I posted that back a few posts about the Seacrest Country Day School. What I don't understand is WHY it's in the actual phone id on texts. I have now found 'seacrest' on 3 phones MS texted with. Mark did not put 'seacrest' on there, it's part of the provider info UNLESS I'm way off here. That 3rd 'seacrest' is in PDF Bates 37738-37781 (44 pages total), p43, Bates #37780, Section #52. In that same PDF is something else interesting.... someone has an iCloud address, like email----anyone familiar with that? I googled it & looks like you can do that but my 1st thought was that LE had recovered it from iCloud, evidently not.

ALSO a 'Mock engineering' is mentioned. I noticed MS calendar mentioning a 'mock bill' thinking he made a note to himself about making up a 'fake' bill from/for someone OR that it was just his typical all in lower case texting WHICH it looks like now.
