It doesn't come across in tweets, but likely that detective said she didn't know because that wasn't her span of investigation. She turned over evidence - not responsible for testing. Guarantee Robyn Busby knows. She's the one responsible for knowing and controlling the entire overall investigation.

It sounds to me like LE was very thorough. They had enough officers to break up responsibilities to make sure each thing was followed through from beginning to end by the same officer or team of officers. It certainly does not sound like they were "short handed" like it seems in so many other cases we follow here on WS.

With the 100s of shots and pot and adderall he took, the damage seems consistent with driving while intoxicated. I'm interested in the connection here.
