Forgot to quote @ papertrail.

I posted the transcript of that conversation a few pages back, at 3 or 4 different time stamps of the video the host would ask, and then Jim Stanbury would confirm "that all of these people have been identified except for MM" it wasn't just at one segment of video.

I believe BRE has a sister who would have been born around 1977 so about 9 yrs younger than BRE which makes her the same age as SS.....It could be possible that SS knew BRE's sister and that is the connection. Do you think that BRE knew SS from weekend trips to Madora where SS might have hung out with his sister..........Just would make sense as to why she got into the car with her killer (assuming it was BRE)

Honestly, and I don't mean to be rude, but the chances of SS knowing BRE because he knows someone who sometimes visited a spot 10km away from a spot SS sometimes visited is a lonnnnnnng shot. IMO there would be a greater chance of them having the same car mechanic in common or having gone to AdventureWorld on the same day once, links we would never realise.

WARNING WARNING WARNING Very long post by 1st time user. Lots of theories based on the CCTV footage and prior knowledge of girl/boy hook-ups and body language. Read at your own risk hehehe

I think that BRE is on the CCTV footage but not MM.
RSBM

Skyza, this is a fantastic analysis of the footage, and I agree with you that "tall guy" resembles the accused much more than MM. Also, spot on with JR's body language. It would also explain why they never released footage showing MM's face, perhaps they always suspected "tall guy" was actually the CSK. They showed this video footage to rattle CSK's cage or jog someone's memory? He would have seen himself on the video but WAPOL focusing on MM. I have never seen evidence DNA was taken from individuals in the video footage, maybe it wasn't? Some individuals may have declined to be tested for DNA and had decent alibis, therefore they stayed on the POI list but WAPOL focused on other suspects. The recently accused does seem to be socially awkward, hence his excessive drinking at wedding described in the footy newsletter. His "friend" in the footage might actually be his younger brother?

Great work DaisyGirl66. Thanks. Geee the media don't have to do any work in regards to photos now do they!

The accuracy if IQ tests have been much debated by teachers/academics for many decades. The only thing they accurately measure is the takers ability to produce answers written by mainstream educators.
A few years back a popular TV show tested 'the whole of Australia'. When they divided the answers in demographic groups teachers scored the highest (no surprises there) followed by 'greys' (over 60)....

In regards to BE's antics after getting drunk at the wedding, people have described it as an act of social akwardness that led to excessive drinking, others have assumed he is "cheap drunk" or just can't handle his alcohol.

Another scenario is he was at a wedding, the booze was free, drink up. I barely ever drink, but at work break ups when the boss throws down a bar tab, I get utterly shitfaced.

Would be nice if we could find absolute proof of a link between a possible sister and one of the victims, it would certainly change an opinion of mine that the girls were targeted based on opportunity alone and were not known to him.

Surely WAPOL would be onto this, they just don't want it reported in the media.

Sure this could also be the case, but I know an awful lot of reserved people who use alcohol in social situations for dutch courage. It's not just the alcohol consumption, he's been described by lots of people as "quiet" and "aloof".

I am totally with you on all your theories marie.maree! In particular,I definitely think that SS's body is extremely close to his home in Fountain Way, but closer to his parents place on Gay Street which also has the Huntingdale Telstra exchange building on the corner. I also think that it wasn't planned either, so he would have had to return to his home or to his parents to get equipment for her burial. I think the Telstra exchange could have been a place to hide her briefly while he got organised. I also think he would have buried her well seeing it was supposedly his first kill. I think it is probably only minutes away from the Telstra exchange and his parents. I think the GPS coordinates associated with his name and discussed here previously support this theory too. Oh and I realise it is just a theory.
In regards to Ciara I think he possibly had some slight connection with her( around the same age as BRE or his brother's age) or through socialising or work connections? I think both girls would have gotten into a car with an acquaintance and not a stranger. I believe BRE could have feigned care for Ciara stating that she shouldn't be walking alone since the other girls had gone missing and seeing the 3 blokes at the bus stop had just said the same thing then she would have more likely listened and hopped in.
Once again these are my theories. Top of page 73 is my long long theory on who is BRE in the CCTV footage. Interested in your thoughts on that too

I'm with both of you, and it's a breath of fresh air to read both of your posts. Being open-minded and seeing things from all perspectives is what leads to results.

I (and others before me) have made mention of whether the "Eagles Nest" refers to the location in Gidgiegannup? I do think the post has some significance, either as a location (for SS?) or perhaps simply to notify WAPOL that he knew they were coming. I believe this could well be both of these (infact I think it a given he knew).

It's a fun theory but I don't think it holds any water.

As a taunt to WAPOL about SS location when they're coming to get him and ask him anyway? Makes no sense. It was a pretty hidden message and he could just taunt them to their faces instead.

As a coded message to a friend it also doesnt make sense. A pretty specific set of situations have to line up. Like what if the cops came a year ago? Or five years ago? "How about that game on the weekend? They made an Eagles Nest of that third goal"? Unless *ever* making a post about *anything* on the WCE FB page was the code? That could be so easily missed. Especially with FBs crazy algorithms.

And just to let WAPOL know that he knows they're coming? Honestly, if I was tipped off that the cops were on their way, the first call i'd make would be to my lawyer. As well as being a practical step, I think that would be pretty effective at showing WAPOL I knew they were coming. I wouldn't be crafting casual remarks to post on random FB pages as some kind of middle-finger-sign to the cops. It doesn't make sense.

However, if BRE is CSK then the way his mind works doesn't make sense to me and theoretically anything is possible.

No one has provided information on how often he posted on FB particularly as lead author..... and that post just happens to coincide with this arrest an hour or so later?

How could he not know they were coming. The media announced a white commodore wagon was wanted in Dec 2015 coupled with DNA links between KK, Huntingdale and JR (I think it was). I suggest he watched his back carefully and was aware of the arrest (this could be him or by another source). He appears to be highly intelligent, organised but typically SMUG..I suggest he has covered all bases and then out of nowhere pops up a very public FB post to show this smugness. Remembering if he goes down that would be the last public FB post he will make.

If he posted all the time on FB particularly WCE forum, then I retract my theory.........

You summed it up perfectly. The theory of it being some form of cryptic message is the stuff movies are made of. If the post was made in a knitting group or scrap booking group one might look at it and give it a second thought, when it's a post made in a specific footy group about that footy teams home ground it's not half obvious what the post is about.

If I had committed several murders (or one for that matter) then caught wind that the police were going to come a'knockin' I'm not sticking around to greet them, I'd be off doing a runner trying to become the worlds next hide & seek champion.

I'm 3 years younger than BRE and 2 yy than CG.
Most of us, at the SHS I went to, went to uni, class of 88, unless we were dumb nuts. So he followed in his dads footsteps, got a telecom job. Even finished year 12. A lot of kids back then would have left at Year 10 if not going to Uni.
Everything was going smooth, finish school, get a job, then a wife. HIccup right there. But why?
He's not smart. Otherwise would have gone to Uni.
I think the SS incident was planned with absolute precision, to see if he could get away with it. Would love to know if Telecom have his rosters from the weeks leading up to her disappearance.
Every time I post, I am sorry for being on this site, for reading, commenting, for the ladies lives lost, and their families' pain. I am very aware there are families out there reading all of this.

I think you would be surprised how unintelligent some uni students are. Reasons why people don't go to uni could be varied and more to do with finances or family issues. Seems he made a good go of his trade as someone was saying his wage would be 120.000 to 150.000 as a Telstra Ops.

I'd bet anything BE had no freakin' clue the cops were about to storm through his door. this theory is up there with some of the craziest theories to have come up in this case. I'm all for discussing theories but when they start to delve into the realm of absolute fantasy I draw the line. and it really frustrates me that others cannot see the post for what it is.

previous posting history means nothing, you go through my time line and I'll have a random post at 3 am, then nothing for 2 months, then a post at 8pm, then nothing for 5 months then a post at 7am. if you want to sell your theory go find proof to suggest it is the slightest bit plausable.

I don't think the mentioning of Welshpool is of significance, more that he headed that direction home so using that suburb is common and effectively Welshpool is at the end of the graham farmer freeway.

I would love to know how often he posted publically on the WCE site, particularly "him" starting the discussion as per the eagles nest line.

- When did he last comment on WCE or other?
- When did he last comment as a initiating author?

There has been some discussion he deleted a previous account and reopened a new one, but I would still like to know his posts (public or otherwise) prior to 22 Dec 2016

BRE is innocent until proven guilty

First time poster here so I apologize if the format is out of whack,

BRE commented frequently in the Eagles group, often long intelligent and respectful comments (specifically compared to many other members who are disrespectful to certain players etc)
On a couple of occasions he talked about certain players and he mentioned how that particular player was a very good bloke or something along the lines.

Personally, I wouldn't read too much into the Dec 22 post, he is clearly a huge eagles fan,

These are just his comments from within the last couple months, and there are many more beforehand too;

He posted this on the 21st of Dec underneath a picture of an Eagles player who'd just had a knee-reconstruction
Bradley Edwards All the best mate. Looking forward to seeing you back out there.

This was November 24 underneath a picture of another Eagles player who many fans love to hate.
Bradley Edwards Freaking nice guy. Looking forward to a break out 2017 for him when he finds his old form and a permanent place in the team.

This was Nov 15 RE Jobe Watson being stripped of the Brownlow
Bradley Edwards I am not sure what people are on about?
"Will be forever tainted" - OMG, the medal is not tainted. The two winners, Sam Mitchel and Trent Cotchin are well deserved winners. They played the game within the rules of the game and won that medal.
Jobe was found guilty. He saw the writing on the wall and handed it back to save some face for what was an inevitable outcome. The AFL had no choice after he lost the appeal but to strip him off the medal. If he had kept it, then for sure it would have been tainted.
In my opinion it is no different to any other Brownlow rule. The same as if you are suspended during the season then you are ineligible. No one says the medal is tainted then!

Nov 13 RE Sam Mitchell being traded to West Coast
Bradley Edwards Great player and nice guy. Glad he is with the Eagles.

And finally In direct reference to the new Stadium on Nov 11
Bradley Edwards Put simply and plainly, my memership has increased evey year for the past 20. It is now getting to breaking point where it is getting too expensive for my entire family to continue - no matter how much I want to. WCE memberships are more expensive than Hawthorns! If we move to the new stadium then I might be able to afford the first season just so we can say we were there for that first season, but not after that if it is going to be a 40% increase. That is just insane, and realistically only an estimate of the increase which could turn out to be more the following year.
As for the cost of a good venue being more, the MCG was an old run down venue yet they made it a great one with continually increased capacity over a numberof years. The AFL clubs there have much cheaper memberships. Why?

Edit: Note: The "Eagles Nest" post is the only one I can see that was an actual wall post rather than a comment.

Has anyone searched and obtained any information regarding the 1995 caveat on 10 Fountain Way?

This needs to go on the timeline.

The name of the lodging party, exact date of lodgement and names of signatories would be useful.

Thanks for the info. I now agree, my views on the eagles nest post seem somewhat unlikely.

I love the theory on the vid and it fits in with why they didnt release MM footage when JR went missing. If they seriously suspected he was responsible for JR disappearance then it is a huge mistake not releasing his image 20 years ago.
JR was clearly waiting on someone that's all I can tell for sure. I personally want to know what was in the footage they didnt show as I think it has MM face and maybe others.
The fact he has never come forward or no one seems to know who he is (including the 700 or so people shown the footage back in the 90s) is still a bit odd but in saying that, it makes me think maybe he was from overseas and not a local like BE.
I will have to watch the video on youtube you have mentioned

I believe BRE has a sister who would have been born around 1977 so about 9 yrs younger than BRE which makes her the same age as SS. I believe I found a yr 12 group photo of her. It could be possible that SS knew BRE's sister and that is the connection. In the CSI documentary SS's father states that he even went to their property at Mandurah to look for SS. Mandurah is close to Madora Bay where BRE's folks had their house that was searched after his arrest. Do you think that BRE knew SS from weekend trips to Madora where SS might have hung out with his sister? I know SS's uncle bought land in Mandurah in 96 but I just assumed SS's dad had an actual house in Mandurah but maybe it was just land? I don't know why he would drive to check if his daughter was hanging out just on vacant land though? Just a thought
Just would make sense as to why she got into the car with her killer (assuming it was BRE)

Way too many things need to line up for that scenario to occur. I'm still of the view that the alleged offender was simply an opportunistic predator. The KK attack affirms that. He didnt know his victims, he simply prowled around in his late model Holden, was well dressed, presented well, probably impersonated a Police Officer, (probably had a fake Freddy), got them into the car with no fuss, no screaming, no scenes to attract attention to what he was doing. Once in the vehicle the unfortunate girls were under his control. It was simply an evolutionary process. The KK attack was crude and messy, the SS pickup clearly went smoothly for him and the heightened alert it caused amongst young women in the area simply assisted his method of pickup. Nervous woman, few drinks, impaired judgement (no criticism intended) seemingly friendly helpful cop, promise of safety in a dangerous area, and in a few seconds they are in the car. Again, no noisy scenes to attract attention.
