One committed suicide the other is Chris Below. We just need to prove it positively or he is gonna walk. He was a truck driver and in my home town.

A few thoughts:

Kathrin Fetzer would have been 40 years old in 2005 when Shawn Grate murdered this UID. Grate says she was 26 according to her ID and the NaMus estimate is 18-22. Sorry, but I think Kathrin would not be mistaken for a 26 year old in 2005.

Similarly, Heather would have been 33 in 2005. If she was a young looking 33, maybe she could pass for 26. But the circumstances of her disappearance seem to be that she was abducted by another man in 1995, so it would be hard to explain how Grate came across her a decade later to kidnap again and kill her in 2005. JMO.

I do think it's possible Shawn Grate lied about the circumstances of how he kidnapped and killed her, but he knew things about this UID that had not been released to the press that convinced LE he murdered her. I noticed in the above Mansfield Journal article I posted it said the Marion UID likely had brown hair. I see a lot of blondes being suggested. Just thought I would mention to look for brunettes. Keep up the good work, folks!

I think it's good thinking to look for names that rhyme--all the years of drugs may have affected Grate's memory (if he is telling the truth and her ID was not a fake ID).

I keep looking at Texas cases because Grate had put on his fb he went to "Texes" in 1999. I keep wondering if he actually went there in 2005 as well and just wants to throw off the investigators with the story about the girl who sold magazine subscriptions.

Another possible from Texas: Brandy Noble, missing since 2002 and classified as a possible runaway. There were sightings of her in other states, though not Ohio. Perhaps she got a fake ID and was selling magazines in Ohio 2005?
