So far that’s what we’re being told. He was a FT student in Hollywood and has a fiancée in Colorado

It is strange to me that some anonymous person called her friends instead of calling LE with information that she had been placed in back of truck.

Agreed. It’s very strange and it doesn’t make sense. Does anybody know what happened to Adea’s friends that posted on the thread and were going to get verified?

It's definitely sad, but this news article says "Police believe Shabani was killed in the region between Hollywood and Sacramento" and "Police are continuing to search for Shabani’s body and her mysterious disappearance."

One reason they may not be organizing searches is that as I've mentioned, the area where she's thought to be is almost 400 miles long and who knows how wide. If police can narrow things down, then it may make more sense to organize searches.

Friends of Adea Shabani tell FOX11's Gigi Graciette they have lost hope. They believe the aspiring actress is dead.

"The friends everybody misses Adea, they all want her to just kinda show up and walk through her building doors," said friend Angel Allaf.

"She's a social media maniac and I can say she's always on social media so always online or posting something on her WhatsApp, there's no nothing," said Allaf.

Friends believe her boyfriend was planning on killing her during her trip. Now police are searching for her body between between Hollywood and Sacramento.

"We've had some leads in Sacramento, possibly that she could have been somewhere around there. The police have been investigating the area," said Allaf.

Shabani's family is also very involved with the search.

Her mother flew in from Europe and offered a $25,000 reward for information.

"She has so much light in her. She's very very goal oriented. She's always reaching for the stars. She doesn't believe there's anything she can't reach," said Allaf.

The source said the Los Angeles Police Department has been in Sacramento for weeks investigating her disappearance. LAPD could not confirm that.

When you put all of the "coincidences" together, the picture is pretty clear.

• Days after she went missing, an anonymous person called to tell her friends that she was seen being put into the back of a truck, the same truck Spotz was found in. How long was it after that call before it was announced she was missing?
• Through her cloud backup, her friends from another country were able to determine she was with Spotz the day she disappeared.
• Spotz killed himself during a police chase. Why would he do that if not because he knew he was found out and cornered?
• Why would police say she was killed in the region between Hollywood and Sacramento and then turn around and she is just a missing person?

Nevada County is just north of Sacramento.
