IF I remember correctly, from the Prosecution's OS, CM accessed JM's bank account (withdrawals) made at different casinos in So California, days after they were missing. At least 3 or 4 consecutive days he was making withdrawals, my memory from my 1st viewing of the case. This was from the OS by the Pros, IF I remember correctly.

Another thing....He says he bought a Starbucks then walked over to Chik Fil A and that Joey paid at Chik Fil A. I am now thinking that meeting never took place. CM is conveniently explaining why no one would see him.

In a busy fast food place.. they weren't reported missing until 11 days afterwards, not sure when the media got involved... who would recognize 2 normal guys from 11 + days ago?

But it’s Chase saying nobody was in there I thought so that to me wouldn’t ring true?

I agree it would be hard for anyone to remember seeing them, but the question asked was "did anybody see you there". I would have responded with something like, yes, the cashier saw us.

the last time he talked to him... he was sitting at his desk at home... he had the drawings at home, when he got there, he called him. He was sitting at his desk at home... he could hear the kids at home in the background. Around 5ish ...

The reason I brought that up was because JM supposedly paid off a $30K debt CM owed in the past. This was according to the DK interview. I suppose we will find out if this actually happened or not at a later date?
